Gotham, New Jersey
A young boy could be seen sitting on top of a 20 meter tall building. He had black hair and blue eyes, and if it wasn't for his different jawline people would think he was Bruce Wayne's son. This was of course Elias. He had grown taller and more muscular over the year. He was stalking his target for a mission that Cobblepot had just given him. This would be mission 100 for him. And if he finished this one on time, and with no complications he would have a 100% completion rate on 100 missions. Something no one had ever did. And that was because usually by this time Batman would have already started paying attention to you.
His target this time was some corrupt cop who wasn't keeping Cobblepots men off the streets as effectively as he had promised he would. Elias' stats had grown and he had new skills now.

He knocked an arrow and slowly took aim. He swiftly activated Accurate Shot, and let the arrow fly half a second later. He turned around and started running before he even saw the arrow hit.

He could hear commotion behind him as people saw a middle aged man drop down to the floor with an arrow in his head. Elias never picked his arrows back up, and always wore gloves so their would be no finger prints. Even when he was maintaining his bow he always had gloves on. At first it was hard having his gloves on but then he got used to it, and he no longer noticed it. His dexterity with his gloves off had increased by leaps and bounds. If only it was one of his stats.
Elias felt danger coming from behind him so he dodged to the left and turned around to see a boy and a man in costumes. Batman and Robin. Robin was pulling back an outstretched fist.
"Hey, Bat, I don't want any problems so why don't we call it a night and all go home for some rest."
"..."
"Okay guess you're not much of a talker."
As soon as Elias got done stalling he pulled out a flash grenade and threw it to the ground. Elias shot a grapple arrow towards a rooftop about 20 meters away and then pressed a button and let himself get pulled away by the arrow. As soon as he touched down on the roof he looked back to see Batman and Robin pointing their grapple guns at the roof.
Elias ran and got to a vantage point behind an AC unit. The first to touch down on the roof was Robin because of his lower weight. Elias immediately let off a blunt arrow which hit Robin the chest and knocked him back to the ledge that bordered the roof. He had knocked the air out of him. He hit the ledge as soon as Batman came up. Elias tried to shoot another one but this time he shot at a more experienced person. Batman caught the arrow and attached a concussive batarang to the arrow then threw it back. Elias jumped out of the way and began to run in a straight line towards a ledge on the other side of the roof. He knocked a grapple arrow before jumping over the ledge and shooting it at a roof 50 meters away. The concussive grenade went off a few seconds before but did no damage to him.
Elias zipped away, and left Batman to choose whether to stay with Robin or go after him. In the end Batman decided to stay with Robin to keep him safe. He couldn't help but think maybe he had seen the boy in the mask before.
"Hmm....."
"Hey, it would be nice *cough* if you could give me a hand."
"I've hit you harder before. Get up and walk it off."
"....I knew I should've just taken the job at McDonalds."
----------------------------------------------------------------
*knock*
"Who is it?"
"It's me Mr. Cobblepot. I'm here for my mission report."
*rustling*
"Come in."
Elias walked into the office to see a maid with a voluptuous figure fixing her skirt and clearing her throat. Cobblepot was sitting behind his desk with a mad grin.
"Alright, Anna, you can leave."
"Yes Mr. Cobblepot."
*smack*
"EEP!"
Elias watched as she rushed out of the room in embarrassment while blushing after having her butt smacked by Cobblepot.
"Well if it isn't my best money maker. You interrupted me fun time boy, hahaha! What's the report."
"I killed the target with no complications, but after I killed him I ran into Batman, and Robin. I injured Robin a little. Probably slightly bruised his rib cage, and he's going to feel slight pain while breathing for a while, but after that I got away without any confrontation."
"Damn! Stupid Bat, always trying to ruin me plans inn he?"
I wasn't sure if that was rhetorical so I just stayed quiet.
"Alright, thanks for the report. Just be more careful from now on during your missions. Seems he has taken note of you now. And if you got away after injuring Robin, he's going to come after you harder next time. Be ready! Other than that go enjoy your free time until your next mission, the money already got sent to your account. Oh and HAPPY 100! HAHAHAH!"
Elias walked out of the office after having a conversation with Cobblepot. As he was walking down the hallway he sighed and said to himself in his head.
'Just 2 more years and I'll have enough money to go ahead with my plans.'
