[Anthony's POV]
After fighting three divine beings for a short time, I chose not to delay dealing with the other gods of Olympus.
I transported us with Diana to the island of Themyscira first.
"Is everyone alright?"
I immediately asked while looking at the gathered Amazons led by Hippolyta.
"Your battle with Poseidon didn't affect us, but we saw... how he died."
Hippolyta finished hesitantly, looking at me with a slightly different gaze.
There was not exactly fear, but rather caution and respect for my power. This also applied to all the other Amazons.
Our battle took place a couple of kilometers from the island, and they saw it.
"Mom, Tony, and I are going to Olympus."
Diana said firmly.
"Oh... daughter, you've grown up so fast,"
Hippolyta smiled... under her foot, Hercules was agitated, but she quickly hit him on the head as if it were necessary.
"We have already gone against the gods' will, and I would lie if I said we did something wrong. The gods have long been not involved in our lives and do not help, only harm us. Good luck, my daughter, my princess."
She hugged Diana.
"I know where Olympus is since I've seen Aphrodite teleporting there more than once. So I can open a portal right here."
I said when Diana stopped hugging her mother.
"Then let's go. It's time for us to get some answers."
Diana nodded, and I opened a portal leading straight to Olympus, and the snowy city opened up to us.
However, there was destruction in one area where the gods' statues were, as if someone strong had fought there.
Aphrodite was lying next to one of Zeus's broken statues. She was badly hurt, and blood could be seen running off of her and onto the ground.
A wound like that could only be caused by divine weapons and not regular ones.
A woman was sitting on her knees next to her.
"What's happening?"
Diana managed to ask when she suddenly tensed up, but her speed and reactions wouldn't be enough to defend herself against the sudden attack of a very fast being.
I managed to catch a small dagger aimed at Diana's stomach and also split the arm of the attacker.
"Ah, you're fast..."
The attacker spoke.
"Hermes? Why are you attacking us?!"
Diana exclaimed while tightening her grip on her sword.
Meanwhile, he had managed to heal his hand during this time, after all he's still the God of Physicians.
"The Dark Gods are stronger than ever, so I was checking if you were ready for what awaits you at Zeus's command."
He said and began running around us at tremendous speed. It was difficult for me to keep up with his pace even using Qi.
Fortunately, I began to bend reality around me, causing everything nearby to slow down.
This allowed me to catch him and slam him into the ground.
"You'd better make sure you survive. Don't you know what I did to Poseidon?"
I asked, pressing my sword against his neck.
"I know..."
He swallowed, looking warily at my weapon.
"But I didn't intend to kill anyone, just to make sure you were truly strong... and to deliver a message."
"It can wait."
I lowered my weapon from him and quickly found myself next to Aphrodite.
"How are you? What happened?"
"Tony..."
She said, and for a moment, life seemed to ignite stronger in her eyes.
I now could also see burns on her clothes and severe injuries all over her body.
In the deepest part of the palace, I felt a strong and burning aura of some god, but he didn't interest me for now.
"I... tried to stop them... Hera, Poseidon, and Apollo... but they wouldn't listen..."
"Shh, it's alright."
I took the battered and heavily wounded Aphrodite by the hand and tried to heal her, but I couldn't do it with alchemy.
Then, I created a magical circle and began to feed it with my energy.
"I'm feeling better."
She said with a smile, looking at Diana, who stood beside me.
"I envy you so much... Diana of Themyscira. Your love has blossomed, and everything will be fine for you... unlike me."
She smirked crookedly.
"You won't be able to heal me... it's a gift from my husband, now my ex. He forged a special weapon against me as if avenging everything... for all my mistakes..."
There are tears streaming down her face.
"For all my infidelities... I deserved this. My love in my past was so strong that I couldn't hold back and spread it to everyone who caught my eye. After all, I am the Goddess of Love."
"Yes, it's a curse... he infused part of his soul into it."
I recognized it in her wound.
Meanwhile, Aphrodite had begun disintegrating into golden-pink flakes of divine energy.
"In recent times, everyone has been tense because of the changes in the universe and the prophecies."
The woman spoke, sitting beside me on her knees.
"I am Hestia, and I regret the actions of my brothers and sisters... and I'm not angry with you for the deaths of Poseidon and Ares. They brought your wrath upon themselves."
"Where are all the other gods?"
I asked, trying to keep Aphrodite on the brink.
"They've left. They called it the Cosmic Migration... Hera is the first to leave, and as soon as Zeus's anger subsides, he decides to be reborn with the help of his daughter, Athena. Hera couldn't bear everything that was happening and left the universe for another, as did most of the gods, especially when they felt the death of Poseidon."
She said with a soft smile while running her hands through Aphrodite's hair.
"Hephaestus decided to avenge Aphrodite, forged a weapon, and handed it to Apollo, but struck her after beating her because she wanted to open a portal for you."
"I'm glad I spent my last moments with you... with my beloved."
Aphrodite expressed.
"You had many beloved ones."
I could have helped her, but I felt she was already ready to go... that she had decided on it for some reason.
This curse is similar to how Allura cursed Zatara. He's an Archmage, and he couldn't remove it.
I could weaken it... but I can't remove it completely.
However, I could extract her soul and move it into a new body as an option.
"You're right. Anthony Luthor, Tony... my love will still find you even after my death. Believe me. We will meet again, and you will definitely accept me this time."
"I saw it."
She smiled for the last time, with her beauty momentarily stunning even Diana, and... she died.
Aphrodite disintegrated into energy, and her soul embarked on a new journey, and I didn't interfere with it.
"Apollo, then."
I looked in the direction where I sensed another god most likely, it was him.
"He's trying to take Zeus's throne, but he hasn't succeeded yet."
Hestia said.
"Diana, I'm glad to see you. I saw you when you were born."
She smiled softly at her as if she were a mother. Meanwhile, I opened the message that Hermes had delivered to me.
It stated that Zeus expressed regret for Hera's actions and that he didn't actually intend to sleep with Diana.
It was necessary for the prophecy, which was supposed to help defeat the Unborn, the one hiding in Poseidon's body.
That very Unborn could spell the end of Olympus and the entire Earth because the army of Dark Gods would invade our reality much earlier because of him.
The prophecy said that Olympus would fall again, but it would be because of me this time.
Zeus didn't want that, and he chose the second option even though he knew he would lose a fight to me.
My battle with Ares and Poseidon proved that.
"That's why I don't like prophecies. If it weren't for them, Olympus could have continued to stand."
I said, handing Diana the divine letter and a few words written to her.
"Anthony Luthor, now..."
A malicious scream and a pillar of fire that tore a hole in the main building interrupted Hestia's speech.
Then, a figure engulfed in flames bursts out from there.
"Then no one will sit on Zeus's throne!"
The figure exclaimed and began to form a large fiery sphere filled with divine energy above himself.
I didn't know exactly what Apollo planned, but I wasn't going to let him go.
In an instant, I cloaked myself in Darkness that enveloped my armor and seized him by the throat which surprised him greatly.
"You..."
He tried to say something, but his face met my fist.
There was a crash and strong gusts of wind from my blow that destabilized his power, and the sphere above him began to explode, but I simply moved it into space.
"You know, I'm glad that at least one of you bastards stayed here so I could beat someone else up,"
I told him.
He grabbed my hand and tried to break free from my grip, even started heating up trying to burn me in my armor... but I was in armor that didn't even feel it.
"Bastard... I'm the God of the Sun! Feel the wrath of the star!"
He released the energy of the sun from his entire body.
"A pleasant warm breeze,"
I said, but my voice changed because of the darkness in me.
"This is for Aphrodite..."
I snapped his neck like an animal.
"I'll learn everything from your soul."
I caught his soul and sealed it in a sphere of godly metal.
He had long wanted to take his father Zeus's throne, but he knew he couldn't win in battle.
Then came the prophecy of Olympus's demise at the hands of the Firstborn, Zeus and Hera's first son that they had long defeated, and Poseidon had eaten him.
Furthermore, Hera's strong hatred of me that he took advantage of made her hatred even stronger.
This made Hera intervene despite Zeus' words.
It wasn't difficult to persuade Poseidon to help Hera either.
After I killed Poseidon, many gods immediately decided to migrate when realizing that I might not forgive them for the attack.
They even thought about sending a non-aggression pact that would have saved them and me, but they didn't have time because of Hera.
Meanwhile, Apollo decided to take Zeus's throne while there was still a chance to obtain the powers of the Sky and then deal with me if I came to him.
That's when Hephaestus made a weapon against me as well as against his ex-wife... Apollo didn't mind avenging Hephaestus if he could get a blade against me.
However, that didn't help him, and he didn't even have time to draw it.
"Man, what a sun of a bitch."
I remarked.
"Are you okay?"
Diana asked when seeing how quickly I dealt with yet another god.
Meanwhile, Hestia closed her eyes to the death of another family member and turned away standing next to her.
"Yeah, Apollo's partly to blame for this mess."
I said, looking at Diana.
"He wanted Zeus's throne and his power for himself. However, Zeus placed some of his power on the throne before leaving the world and being reborn as a human by Athena... who decided to help him. In general, nothing new here, and everything is as perverted as usual."
I shrugged.
"Hades suspected it was his doing."
Hestia voiced.
"I... it's time for me to go. I have no place in this world anymore."
She said, even with some sadness.
"Madam Hestia, you're the goddess of hearth and home. Why would you leave? I don't think Tony has anything against you. You've always remained neutral in the affairs of the gods..."
Diana sincerely asked.
"That's true, but if my family has left, how can I continue to be the goddess of the hearth and home?"
She asked, still with a sad smile.
"I'll join them in another reality. Good luck on your journey."
She said that before teleporting somewhere, I felt like someone was opening a portal to another reality afterward.
"Hermes has already left too. He's fast,"
I glanced at the spot where the god who decided to check us for some reason had been.
"The gods have abandoned us."
Diana said weakly while looking around.
"Diana."
I embraced her, and she looked at me with a lost gaze.
"You and I are still here, and we have many suitable acquaintances with whom we can share Olympus's power. These gods didn't interfere much in human affairs, and the Dark Gods may come to us judging by that letter."
"Yes, you're right."
She said more confidently.
"There are still those on Earth for whom we need to fight. We managed before without the help of the gods, so nothing has changed."
"Here you're right."
We went towards the main building where Zeus's large throne stood, surrounded by lightning.
Apparently, Apollo was trying to sit here, but he couldn't manage it repeatedly.
However, I could sit down without any problems, and the lightning didn't really harm me, especially after a couple of strong blows.
"I feel the divine energy flowing throughout Olympus... and the loose ends of power from the departed gods."
I said.
"Diana, wouldn't you like to become a goddess?"
I glanced at her, who still looked somewhat lost. After all, the gods were important to all Amazons.
"I refused Zeus, as I considered it unnecessary and offensive due to his offer to sleep with him, but now I think it's the only right way out."
Diana exhaled while expressing her thoughts.
"Then... the flow of power from the God of War suits you best."
I merged this divine energy directed towards the god of war with her soul, and she immediately noticed it and became stronger.
It was as if the shackles that previously bound her had fallen away.
After all, she was Zeus's daughter, and she needed divine energy to 'unlock' the potential she had just received.
Diana of Themyscira now became the Goddess of War.
"Anthony, since we met, I have felt feelings previously unknown to me."
Diana said while stretching her arms.
"Well, maybe something similar I felt for a couple of other Amazons, but... with you, it was different. Aphrodite was right. It was love... will you accept my love, Anthony Luthor?"
"I would be a fool to refuse."
I answered sincerely, and she licked her lips and kissed me.
We pressed against each other more tightly, trying to feel the warmth.
However, the armor got in the way, so I removed mine and began to slowly undress Diana, who was actively helping me in this endeavor.
"I am grateful to Zeus for having such a daughter."
I said for a moment but then returned to her lips.
