The sun was already up when Suni whimpered, sweating, waking Valente up due to the uneasiness in his chest.

His eyebrows furrowed and his eyes were wide indicating he was startled. "Calm down," The alpha said, embracing Suni.

She trembled but she was grateful it was just a dream, clutching his clothing, she cried.

"Shh...just a nightmare." Valente could feel her emotions. It was horrifying, his eye welled up with tears. "Oh my god. What did you see?"

The omega shook her head as the brutal scene replayed in her mind like a loop.

"D-Don't l-leave me, please..." She whispered, her voice cracking.

"I'll never leave you, I love you so much...What was the dream about, hm?" He rubbed her back.

"I-I-I--"

"That's fine. Tell me later. I'll wait, okay?" He said, knowing it had to do something with him.

She whimpered and nodded. "I love you. P-Please don't go a-an-anywhere."
