Chapter 27 - Humabon's choice or regret

[ Humabon's POV ] ( Point of View )

While Raylyn was running towards the source of the battlefield. Humabon decided to remain to fight against Humaling to knock some sense into him. The battle between the two son's of Datu is now about to begin; As Humaling was iminating some strange power being displayed.

"Humabon, sa lahat ng pinagsamahan natin. Ito ang pinakamasakit sa akin."

[ Humabon, after all we have been through. This is the most painful for me. ]

Then Humabon powered up his Kapang, creating a strong wind pressure coming from his entire body, his tattoo starts to become bright and grabbed his Sundang Blade and a green and blue mix aura coming from the blade began ooze. Humabon began attacking Humaling, swinging his Sundang Blade from the right, targeting Humaling's shoulder; though Humaling parried it easily without using his Kapang aura at this point. As Humabon shouted and his eyes glows with intensity, as his rage starts to take over and overwhelming himself with Kapang, and because of this Humaling started to dodge most of his attacks instead of parrying it since Humabon's attack is beginning to get even stronger as Humaling starts to sweat.

"Ahhh! Wag mo akong patawanin Humaling! Kung ito ay masakit sayo, ano sa tingin mo ang nararamdaman ko hah!? Ang mga mag-anak ko! ang ama ko! ang mga tao ko dito sa Kabite ay namamatay dahil pinili mo na pagtaksilan kami! Hinding hindi kita mapapatawad Humaling!"

[ Ahhh! Don't make me laugh Humaling! If this is really painful to you, what do you think I feel hah!? My family! My father! My people here in Kabite is dying because you chose to betray us! I will never forgive you Humaling! ]

With so much pent up anger from Humabon. Each swing from his Sundang Blade became faster and stronger, making Humaling back down from each attacks. He tried to parry some of the attacks of Humabon that Humaling couldn't dodge but he was always blown away from the attacks and got sent back so much that he knocked off a couple of trees, as he struggled to stand up and got back up. Then Humaling laughs while wiping the blood out of his mouth and gazed at Humabon, walking towards Humaling being surrounded by green and blue aura of Kapang.

"Heh, sa tingin mo pinagtaksilan ko kayo? Sa lahat ng aking mapagpipilian, kailangan kung ipagliban ang pagiging pagkaibigan natin sa isa't isa Humabon. Kung hindi, mawawala ang aking Kedatuan at ang aking mag anak, hindi lang ikaw ang nasasaktan. Ngunit, ito ang pinili ko Humabon."

[ Heh, you think that I betrayed all of you? Of all the things I chose, I need to sacrifice our friendship for each other Humabon. If not, my Kedatuan and my family will perish, you are not the only who's hurt. However, this is my choice Humabon. ]

Humaling powered up his Kapang as the bright sun coming from his body began to shine as well, calling his Yarihan to his aid. "Lumabas ka, Apolaki!" Humaling started to get even stronger and gripped both his Sundang Blade and Barong Blade as the sun energy to execute from Kapang started to get hotter, and sliced the air in half and created a fire blast that's as hot as the sun towards Humabon. Then Humabon felt something was off with that blast so he dodged it just in time. He could that if he got hit by it, he might not be able to survive from that blast.

"Papatayin mo talaga ako..."

[ You were really going to kill me... ]

Humabon said it since he couldn't believe it, this guy is really going to kill him. Humaling coated his Sundang and Barong Blade with Apolaki's Blessing. A powerful flame that's as hot as the sun, being imbued with Kapang. Then Humaling swung his blades from left to right, while he spins in a mini tornado to produce scorching heat towards Humabon.

"Patawarin mo ako Humabon, ngunit ito ay tapus na."

[ I am sorry Humabon, but this is the end. ]

As the scorching heat starts to engulf Humabon, while Humabon is being protected by his own green and blue Kapang aura to lessen the damage and gritted his teeth while he gripped his Sundang Blade and sliced the mini scorching heat tornado in half while he screamed with all his might. It disappeared and was cut in half and Humaling saw Humabon how he powered through it, it was such an intense heat that it could really kill him but he was able to power through.

"Hindi pa tayo tapos Humaling. Hanggang hindi mo ako napapatay, hindi pa tayo tapos. Tandaan mo yan."

[ We are not done yet Humaling. As long as you haven't killed me, this will not end. Remember that. ]

Humabon stared down at Humaling as he felt nothing but pure determination to protect his people and his entire family. Both the green and blue Kapang started to resonate within as Humabon closed his eyes, feeling his surroundings and opened his eyes and felt a massive power gathering from his Kapang pool. A massive pool of Kapang ready to go out! And Humaling felt it, what is this energy!? What is this massive Kapang? Then Humabon understood that his Yarihan is already coming out. All he needs to do is chant the words and the name of his Yarihan. Then he opened his mouth and gazed at Humaling with intensity. "Lumabas ka...Kabanua" As Humabon uttered those words, an entire blue and green spectre of armies was summoned from the battlefield and Humabon absorbed it and a massive power boost came in. Humaling didn't waste anytime and ran towards Humabon and attacked with his bright like sun energy, as the scorching heat is being resonated from Humaling. And Humabon in return did the same thing while a massive energy of blue and green energy is massively gathering into one specific point. As both of them clashed swords with massive Kapang energy, parrying and fighting will all their might but in the end. Humabon lost the battle due to only awakening his Yarihan recently and got massive draw backs and fell to the ground.

"Humabon...."

Humaling gazed at Humabon's unconscious battle and gripped his broken Sundang Blade and threw it away. He grabbed Humabon's Sundang Blade and gripped it as he swing 8t into the air for a brief moment targeting Humabon's neck but he stopped and stabbed it on the ground. As Humaling just walked away and went to the battlefield to accompany his father.
