Danmaichi: Prologue

(No need to read this as it will give you only some background information. This chapter is somewhat confusing especially if you have not read LDS, but it is not important as the information will be later in the novel, but this is just a preview look and a quick summary of LDS is at the bottom of the page.)

In the middle of a valley, a portal opened up sending a bloody figure flying through landing on the ground. The figurehead started to move a little as the figure eyelids started to quiver as he was slowly opening his eyes.

"Uhh... Where the hell am I?" As the figure opened his eyes and scanned around he looked around just to see a giant forest causing him to be stunned.

"Dream!? Aeris!?" The figure was looking around not seeing or hearing anyone he became distraught, but looking closely at his eyes they seem to blur as tears were about to fall down, but never did.

"Huh.. Dream?"

{I am the goddess system, a goddess of dreams]

"Dream stop playing around and tell me what going on."

[Fine fine fine, Marcus and here I was trying to make myself different, but you can still call me, Dream but I changed into a new system called goddess system. This happens because an error occurred in the Conqueror mode causing you to fall into a random world with your bloodlines, skills, and etc completely sealed as we do not know how this happens since sealing your bloodline and soul is almost impossible, but the error did.

I transformed into the goddess system in order to help you restore your powers and stuff, but the goddess system has a limitation in this world as it has many powers which have caused some problems to occur also with the error some new things in this world such as people monsters and etc has appeared unlike the original.]

Marcus wiped away the blood as Dream had given him a potion and towel to clean his blood and a black robe to dress in. Marcus handsome face with silver purple eyes and purple space hair were still there, but they lost their luster from before as it was quite dull as Marcus charm and aura also went down from before.

"So what are the limitations and what is this world?"

[The world is what you know as Danmachi, and my new limitations are that the system summon section is lottery only now, but you can narrow down the summons choices like gender, race, world, and etc, but the people you summoned will either weak and in a sealed state like you or just plain weak, but you don't have to worry completely as some of the people of another world somehow arrived here as well, so you can find some people that used to be in the summon section somewhere in this world.

My second limitations are that I can help you gain exp fast and let you see your level however you must to level up to 20, 30, 40 and so on you must have a falna. A Falna is basically more or less a contract with a god as they give you power in exchange you become their familia or servant.

Your falna will fuse with me and I can alter it however you deemed fit to hide your status or level from others if you would like including your god. to get out of this world you must reach level 10, which is level 100 in this world this world has been strengthening a little bit, but you will do great.

The celestial art will not work as great meaning that only you can see the system and they can't see or hear me also you can see their exp and rank, but not their level. Appraisal also has the same features. Bloodlines cannot be bought as it used to be but can be earned and used to make potions which can integrate.

Also, one last statement Falna help people in this world get power however for you and some people like you it helps unbid your seal, but it can also help you get even more power too and the extra power sills you get will depend on whose falna you get.]

"So find a god, level up, unlock more power, and level up to 10 and leave this world? Easy enough. So do I get a starting pack or something also where am I and how long does it take to reach Orario."

[First, you are close to a place called Dragon Valley which is quite some distance from Orario so I recommend you go to Altena first get a falna from a god then leave for Orario once you reach Level 3 or have sufficient preparations then leave for Orario. It will take 6 months least to reach Orario.

You do not have to worry as your age is aligned with Bells and so far you are 10 meaning you have 4 years to reach Orario and as Altena is a city of magic you can gain a lot of magical resources from there and create grimoire and earn money.

This will allow you to have sufficient experience when you go to Orario. And as for your first question yes you do get a pack, you can choose between a Special package or Unique pack. The first package will give you 5 summons to give you a balanced team all ready for when you go to Orario and the second one will unseal a portion of one of your bloodlines or powers and give a weapon.]

"The first one, the second one I have Zanpakuto and they will unlock sooner or later along with unsealing my powers."

[Congratulations you got a special package will you like to open it. Yes/no]

"Yes"

[Congratulations you gained Yoruichi(Scout/Assassin), Esdeath(Vanguard), Shalltear (Tank), Tsunade Senju (Medic), and Wendy Marvell (Supporter). They will be around the same age as you are now except Shalltear as she will be alright no matter what. The summons will not be 100% loyal but will have at least 50% loyalty with all their memories of their former lives except Shalltear and Esdeath.

As I had to replace Ainz with you causing Shalltear to have a huge crush on you like him since if she still had Ainz then there is a 90% chance she will not listen to you at all and Esdeath as I had to replace Tatsumi with you. Tsunade, however, has her medical knowledge and fighting style and power, but the rest of the memories also been wiped out so you won't have to do with so much drama.

This will only happen this time since it is a gift and all, but the others will not have this.

You also gained the Jack of All Trades as a Development Skill and Shadow Jutsu has been unleashed but you can only form 5 clones at max. Both skills are set to hidden mode.]

"Dream I gain 5 free summons, but is there a drawback?"

[Yes as you only have 10 slots half are taken, but this is not a problem, but you will not be able to summon any summons until after 4 years."

"That is not that big of a deal. Alright summoned them." As he said that 5 lights appeared and showing 5 females.

Yoruichi Shihōin appeared first as she was a slender dark skin girl with golden irises like a cat and shortcut purple hair. She was wearing a black, backless, sleeveless undershirt, an orange over-shirt and had the same height as a regular 12-year-old.

Next was Esdeath as she had light blue hair that reaches down to her waist and had blue eyes. She was a beautiful girl the same age as Yoruichi except she had a knife in her hands as she was smiling with it. She wore a general outfit as she did in the anime with the top part having a bit exposure for her underdeveloped breast showing a tattoo mark on it.

Shalltear had silver hair in a ponytail with a red ribbon tying it, pale shiny skin, seductive red eyes, and fine facial features. She wore a soft black evening dress with a big heavy skirt. Her upper body is dressed in a lace embellished ribbon and a short tailored jacket.

Tsunade was next as she had blonde hair and brown eyes with her hair in a ponytail. She was the same age as Marcus and wore a simple green style kimono laced in pink outline with fishnet underneath.

Wendy was last as she had blue short hair with brown eyes she was wearing a yellow and blue striped dress. She was a year younger than Marcus.

Marcus talk to them and told them they are heading to Altena the empire of Magic and will join a familia for now before heading for Orario later. They got the message as both Esdeath and Shalltear started fighting over Marcus, but they soon left.

Author's Note

This is a prologue chapter. I wanted him to have an adventure outside Orario and get a little bit of power before going there, but I won't go into what he has been through as it will come into play.

This novel is both canon or non-canon as Danamichi has not listed or shown that much information about the outside world.

I believe I said before he will only be able to summon 1 per year and then I changed it to 5 per year, but since I said 1 per year I will go with something like that.

He can have 1 summon for every year he is born from now on he is 14 so he can have up to 14 summons, but he will only have 5 when he goes to Ontario as he is saving the other summons until later.

The MC will be from LDS which some of the powers you see will be the same as it is from there along with more powers so it could be sort of a spoiler, but that's until he unlocks it.

During this time he will not become OP real fast as outside it is harder to level up then in Orario and it spends most of his time during research and grimoire creation and other unique stuff when he reaches level 2 and the others stay with him since most of the time along with him having exp share which he sometimes give to the others to make sure they do not get left behind since they are most of the time with him.

Marcus like most others use a fake name when selling their created items and wears a mask to prevent his identity from being seen. Development skills which allow people to create grimoires only usually come after they reach level 2, but Marcus has Jack of all trades and could do it beforehand. This caused Marcus to use a fake identity to make sure no one knows it is him selling it and his title.

Marcus mostly buys things from the system store even though it may be cheaper in Antivan. this is to make sure no one steals his products and inventions. He uses a shadow clone to pretend to be himself as he sells his items.

Dragon Valley is one of the few unexplored places in Danmachi. I don't know how it looks like so I just wrote the valley.

Altena is a place and base for mages and witchcraft like creating grimoires and others items that are seen in Danmachi series. I felt there should be a noble class in this city for people with a reputation for their magical inventions and is known across the world.

Antivan is a prince in Altema. the only way to become an Antivan is creating grimores and other things which go beyond the norm. It is selected by higher ups whether or not that this person deserves to be an Antivan. The higher ups will more than likely not know the true appearance of the princes or princesses they chosen. (Non-canon)

LDS is Limitless Dream System: Primordial Creation. The series takes the main character from that series along with the system A.I. I guess that what Dream and brings them to this world of Danamichi.

Aeris is an entity formed when Primordial Chaos from the Helix aka the center/ origin of all of the universes and cosmos gained intelligence and formed a mass until it transformed into Aeris. she cut a part off of herself and made the system Limitless Dream System, which dream is basically something like her clone that works as the system intelligence.

She gave it to Marcus since he is the only one that can see her and interact with her because of his Primordial Soul of Chaos. This soul is very powerful as it is not bound by any universe rules and can easily remember past lives once it is fully awakened.

Once fully awakened the soul can never have its memories are never wiped clean like the others when they enter reincarnation, be completely sealed, and/or be destroyed as the only one that may have the slightest possibilities are those at Primordas rank and Aeris as they use the same energy his soul is formed from.

Conqueror mode is a mode he gains in when he gained Endless Conqueror. it allows him to go to worlds that Aeris mimic or created inside of her dantain which stores a multiverse like she created a parallel universe to Naruto, Bleach, Against the Gods, Heaven Path, and etc.

Aeris and Dream can easily form universe or worlds inside her dantain or destroy them like the Naruto world Dream created as she can manipulate Aeris's world to a certain existence and even create a universe/world specially designed for Marcus's existence if he goes into that world.

When Marcus was using Conqueror mode again an error occurred and he arrived at Danmachi. The world is a parallel world as all fan-fics are except there are a few minor changes like power level. I am not sure how to compare power level in this universe to others, but comparing it to Naruto would be like. (Rank 1 equals someone in the academy, rank 2 is like a genin, rank 3 is chunin, rank 4 is elite chunin/ jonin, rank 5 is jonin/elite jonin, rank 6 is kage level, rank 7 is sage (Naruto sage mode/pain/killer bee etc.), rank 8 is Naruto Kyuubi mode, rank 9 is like Kaguya and Madara in his final form. Rank 10 does not exist in the original Danmachi, but it breaks the limit of this world and leaves it.

Marcus is trying to reach level 10 to leave the universe that is the goal of this. This can be counted as a spinoff of LDS, but at the same time, its own series as both may spoil each other. I not really sure yet as I do not know how far each one will get to.

Characters are this series will not be the same 'person' in the LDS as like Tsunade except Marcus and Dream they are the same. Also the error occurred has let some people from the LDS system loose like let's say for example this world has vampires unlike so far in the original or you may find a few characters like, for example, Naruto (He will not be there) could be in the universe, but 99% of those that came here are from mortals type animes, novel, and etc meaning they will not have power originally that can massacre people (science is excluded from this).

Tsunade has the wood magic and healing magic along with her strength that is almost equivalent to Amazoness if not stronger sometimes more unlocked when she reached a certain rank.

Esdeath has Ice magic and Ice demon bloodline allowing her to use any type of Ice magic as she sees and can create it, but the limits depend on her rank.

Wendy gain Sky dragon bloodline to make sure she does not transform into a dragon and can use her dragon slayer skills. Dragon force may come when she reaches level 3 or level 4 it depends.

Yoruichi stayed the same for the most part as she already stronger than others, but she will gain a zanpakuto as she never had one shown in Bleach.

Shalltear will be the same except she will not have her armor or weapon Marcus will create it later through his Jack of All Trades.
