A Hearty Dinner
Reyna ordered a plate of vegetables and shredded pork, a large drumstick, and a bowl of insipid soup for dinner.
"What a simple meal you have."
Reyna ignored Leroy and just ate the food silently. After a while, she said, "This is ordinary takeout food. Mr. Malone, I know you have never eaten such food. But you don't have to be so surprised."
Leroy directly made a call and said over the phone, "Order the food I eat frequently and send it to my office." Then, he added, "Give me two orders of the food."
After hanging up the phone, Leroy threw his phone onto the sofa. He watched Reyna having dinner, draping one arm lazily on the back of the sofa and sitting cross-legged.
"Stop eating."
Reyna was stunned and looked at Leroy. "Are you talking to me?"
Leroy raised his eyebrows. "Who else is here except you?"
"I am hungry. Do you not allow me to have dinner?"
Leroy was speechless.
