Chi Jie, an experienced military general skilled in stealth and assassination, had approached Zhang Wei without making a sound. He had pointed the knife so silently that anyone without sight would never have noticed that something is in his hand without touching it, and anyone with sight would have surely shown some reaction upon seeing a knife so close. He looked at Zhang Wei's face coldly for a few seconds, trying to discern any change in his expression. 

Seeing no obvious changes in Zhang Wei's face, Chi Jie put the knife back in his pocket, concluding that Zhang Wei truly had not noticed the knife. He then said in his usual calm tone, "No, nothing. I was just curious about how you were making the drink, so I came closer to look." 

After saying that, he took the drink from Zhang Wei's hand, returned to the table, and sat down. He began drinking, while Zhang Wei stood silently, his composure unwavering.
