CHAPTER 272: IS THIS WHAT YOU REALLY WANT?

"Is this what you want?" Asked a middle aged man with sharp eyes who was sitting comfortably on his expensive chair while gazing with a lot of love at the young man who was in front of him.

The young man was non-other than Mark Samir, who was nowhere to be found by his patents. And his parents had been head-on searching for him.

Mark stared at the man with a lot of determination and scoffed, "Yes! That is what I want!" He answered in force that the man on the chair grinned a little.

"Why do you want that and Samir was the one who took care of you since you were born?" It was a statement rather than a question.

"I don't care! Why did mother choose that man over us? Or because you had nothing at that time, I can't believe all that she told me a year ago was a lie. Why should she lie to me?" Mark answered with another question.

He was very angry that he could kill anyone who would mess up with him at that time.

The man who was seated looked at the young man and sighed. He was happy beyond imagination to discover a year ago that he had a son with Camila. He was excited not because he wanted to be a father but because this was the only way to blackmail Camila and took away her wealth. But Mark didn't know anything about that of course. 

He was happy and felt like he was blessed to find his biological father without him trying to dig deeper about the man who he had accepted without asking questions.

It took three months for Mark to find his real dad.

It wasn't easy for him to continue to live a life full of lies. He took about a month to heal from the pain he was going through because of the information that he was told by his mother whom now he despised wholeheartedly.

He remembered that night when one of his friends visited him in his private apartment after he directed him to his private place.

That young man who's name was Lucas was the only true friend Mark had and trusted him with his heart. In fact, Mark trusted him more than his own mom because of what the woman did to him.

All the years that he had been living in luxury without a care in the world, he had been keen to know who was his real friend and who was there only for his money. And finally, he realized only Lucas was a true friend to him.

That was because there was a time Mark drank himself to a position where she was not able to recognize himself.

That day, Mark launched a massive party in one of his apartments to celebrate the first day that he had spent in the office with his fake dad which was not him at all. Realizing that it was the only thing he had done that made her mum very happy that day because Mark used to love his mother more than anything in the world, he thought it would be great to celebrate. So he launched a great party inviting his friends to eat and drink to their satisfaction.

So that day, Mark drank too much that he finally slept on the couch in the living room of his apartment.

Being stupid or careful, he left a small briefcase which was filled with money which was part of his share. But because he wanted to brag to his friends, Mark refused to put it to the bank and was moving all over the place with it. Hence that was the reason he was with it at the party.

'Wow! We are rich guys!' One man exclaimed with glittered eyes which brought the attention of all the people who were enjoying it to no end. They were about ten young men and women in the house, eating and drinking happily.

'What is it Viraj?' Another young man who was alao Indian chimed in as he came closer to where the first man was.

'Look! This stupid man who thought was braver than all of us is about to make us all rich. Shhh! Reduce your voices to a whisper because he might wake up!' The man who was called Viraj warned while gesturing for his friends by his finger at the man who was in a deep slumber on the couch.

'What?' Another man exclaimed after peeping at the man's suitcase which was filled with notes.

'Wow! Speak in a low voice! We need to have fun away from here! Make sure guys if tomorrow morning this dimwit asks about his money, you all should lie to him and tell him that you know nothing about it. Besides, his father is very rich. He can get more than this. This is our time to shine guys!' Another man answered happily after seeing the content of the suitcase with sparkling eyes. By this time, all the people had formed a circle around the suitcase.

It was like they had not drunk anything. All of them looked sober probably because of the money.

'We may all agree and do that. But what about Vishal? She might betray us and tell her boyfriend' Another young Indian man stated while scratching his head as if to wait for the response of the girl in question.

'Hahaha! Hahaha! Rudra! You are really funny! Who told you I love him? I am only pretending to be able to enjoy his money. After all, Mark is not a good person at all. He has impregnated many girls some of who are my friends!' A girl who was tall and had long blonde hair beamed blissfully without remorse at the man who should be her boyfriend.

'Do you think what you are about to do to your friend is right? The man who has done a lot for all of us. And you Vikram, have you already forgotten the day that you were not able to do your exams back in India due to fee issues, but Mark decided to pay all your school fees? Do you think it is fair to repay him with this? This is not..'

'Hay! Stop all of this blubbering. Are you a woman now? We are taking the money and we don't care. Besides, the money doesn't belong to your mother or your aunt. If you try to tell Mark because I have realized that these days, you like to pretend that you are better than us. And even if you do that, rich people are rich people. They will just pretend to love you and just use you. After that, they will throw you out of their lives forgetting what you have done for them because you don't fit in their calibre. Vishal is very smart. Hahaha!' He paused and gazed in the direction of the girl, 'I never thought you have been pretending all this while. I thought you love our rich guy!'

'Me? Never! I have my boyfriend and I am only using him for money and then after getting the money, I go and enjoy with my hubby!' Vishal beamed happily.

'I still don't think it is right to do this! I am not part of this evil plan' The African guy said who was none other than Lucas and was about to turn around and leave the place.

'Where do you think you are going?' Vikram took a gun from his pocket and pointed at him, 'We will kill you if you won't cooperate with us!' He threatened to make all the people who were not expecting this at all freeze. All of them were shocked to their bones by the change of events.

So Vikram was roaming around with a gun? They all didn't expect this at all!
