Inside the Facility 19

'What does he mean by that?' Mandy was questioning herself about Wendy's disappearance. She watch Dr. William as the gun slowly fall down from his grip and silently crying. She want to know what really happen to Wendy, but her words won't come out from her to ask the person.

'If he accused me to be responsible of Wendy's disappearance, which I do not know. Where is she?' a thought occured in Mandy's mind.

'You do not have to worry Mandy' a voice echoed in her. It was sudden that made Mandy wonder.

'Who are you?' Mandy unconsciously ask in her mind.

'You silly, you should have recognized me.' That's when Mandy realized it was Wendy's voice talking to her.

'You took too much damage from the last explosion, since you still not yet a complete subject, that you have to be. I have to disintegrate my own self to help you recover fast enough as well as help your parents injury. I want to tell my brother, sorry for leaving without a word for him. Please help him understand that this is what I want to do. I have to do this, in order to save you and atone my sin.'

'I thank you for your help, Wendy. But then, why not show yourself to your brother, to comfort him and take away his worry for you?'- Mandy suggested to her, she wondered why would she asked that instead of her to personally tell that to him.

'I can't leave you right now. You're still in the stage of recovery and stabilization. But, I must say, I can't go back to my original form, since I have no much power to do it before my life force will be gone. I tried it, but It will be in exchange of your life, and that's what I don't want to happen.'

'But-- but, Wendy, why must you do this much?' Mandy's tears started to fall down. Even if she knew Wendy was one of the scientist who studied them, she still consider her as one of her closest and known friend.

'Just please forgive me Mandy, as well as my brother, to the things we've done. This is the only thing I can think of, to repay you and to atone for our sin.' She can't make herself angry at her even if she do things against humanity. As long as she could remember, she helped her so much. From breaking out the facility and trying to free them from the facility. If only things turned out accordingly, they should be free right now. But, its too late to turn back right now.

'Goodbye Mandy' the voice slowly faded in Mandy's mind. She wanted to talk more about what will happen to her now. She's not yet free from her brother, and she want to talk sense to him what really happened to his sister. But, she could hardly voice out what to start to tell him.

Looking down, she could still see Dr. William on his knee, bowing his head while crying silently. Mandy could understand how he feels. It is hard for him to lost his one and only family he have.

The person who was mourning earlier stood, with a gloom look he stared in the blank space. He slowly walks toward her, reaching the inside of his coat. As soon as he take out his hand, a vial shown. Panic surge through out her, even though she does not know what is inside of it. A thought registered in her mind as she saw it. She understand full to well, he was going to inject it to her. Mandy try to wriggle out the rope to prevent that to happen.

Dr. William filled his syringe and checking if that was enough. The syringe nearing her neck, he sprayed something in her nose to calm her movement. She slowly lost her strength, but still conscious.

"Now Mandy, you can kill us all and erase all this place. In exchange for your freedom and show the world our work" Dr. William was insane enough to risk the life of so many people they already killed. He thought he doesn't deserve to live since most of his companion and love of his life died from their cruelty.

"Dr. William... Wendy... felt sorry... to leave you... behind... But why? Why must you still... do this?..." she hardly spoke as she slowly lost her consciousness.

Few seconds, Mandy suddenly lost her sight, a surge of anger rise from her soul. She does not understand why she felt that, but the burning of her blood pumped her that she succeeded to free from the bindings. Alarm started to wail, a group of guards gathering inside the room. Weapons was aimed at her, any moved will cause it to fire. Before they could even predict what she will do, she vanish from their sight. One by one the guards started to fall down, blood splattered everywhere.

An expectator from a different room watching the scene, a rampaging girl shown. Several minutes passed, the girl stopped and turned around. She slump and cover her face with her both hands. The person walk out the room, leaving the room which is counting down for self destruct. Several seconds passed the room explode.

Mandy could only cry at the sight. She can't believe what just happened. Even she only feels the the liquid touch her skin, she know it was blood. She knows she did all of that. The place slowly crumble from the explosion. A person came near her, she was too distracted that she doesn't realize the person already carry her out the place. From exhaustion, she lost consciousness.
