Caroline grabbed Carlos' hand and led him inside.

This she did to make her amends to Alice.

But after she thought about it again, she wasn't ready to lose Carlos yet.

It didn't matter if she had to feel guilty for the rest of her life, toward Alice. Most importantly she didn't lose Carlos.

"Carol, why are you silent?" Caroline immediately gasped and immediately shook her head.

"I don't want to lose you, Carlos!" Caroline answered.

"Why do you talk like that?"

"Yes because I still love you, Carlos!"

"But you promised!" Carlos protested.

"But it's not that easy, Carlos! Because I love you! Where's Alice anyway? She doesn't want to take you anymore, does she?" asked Caroline in a scornful tone.

Carlos slowly touched the woman's face with both palms.

And looked deeply into Caroline's eyes.

"Carol, you said yourself that you and Alice are good friends. You should return what belongs to Alice," said Carlos in a soft voice.

"No!" Caroline snapped, "it's too late, Alice doesn't love you anymore, Carlos!" squealed Caroline. "You have to accept this fact! The Universe, destined you with me, not with Alice!" Caroline firmly reassured Carlos.

The man shook his head. Then he stood up so that Caroline who was in his lap almost fell.

"Come on, change your clothes, and I'll drive you home, Carol!" Carlos said.

"Don't want to!" Caroline answered loudly.

She didn't want Carlos to do this to her. She loved the man very much, but Carlos easily erased his feelings of love for Caroline.

And this is not fair! Whatever happens, Caroline will not let the man she loves to fall into Alice's arms again.

'I have to do something!' Caroline spoke silently.

The woman dropped her body on the floor for no reason.

Of course, it made Carlos feel panicked.

Especially lately Carol is often sickly. Sometimes she developed high blood pressure due to too much stress.

Carlos swiftly carried her into the room, and Carlos took a thick blanket to cover Caroline's body.

"Then I will forcibly expel you!" Carlos threatened. Then the woman cried and put on a pitiful face in front of Carlos.

"Carlos, I beg you to give me a chance to slowly let you go, Carlos ..." she begged.

"What do you mean?"

"Yes," answered Caroline.
