“Deal.” The agreement came without hesitation. Once it was out there, though, Jenny knew she didn’t want to take it back. It was too much of a relief to know there was one person—even one she was physically attracted to—that she didn’t have to pretend around. She held out her hand to seal the arrangement, meeting his bright eyes with a smile. “Just don’t expect me to understand it. Bryan’s been trying that for four years now and the best I’ve been able to do is remember the name of his company.”
“No problem.” Ashley took her hand. “I don’t even understand it most of the time.”
