In the observation space, the 352 factions in the Hunter Cosmic Sector had invisible barriers separating them. The observers from the neighboring factions would at most exchange some nasty words, but they couldn't break through the barriers and act on them.
Observer Chang was still observing Xu Jingming when the short, fat man from another faction beside him deliberately made a snide remark. "It seems like nobody from your Oohook Star Alliance has set foot on Planet Number Five in the past three batches. Perhaps this new guy stands a chance."
"Look at how smug you are." The thin black-robed man scoffed.
"It can't be helped. Of two of the past three batches, two explorers from our Nine Feathers Star Alliance reached Planet Number Five!" the short fatty said smugly.
