Battle Above Part 03: A battle on each side!

To put it simply, Lydia has great strength but she was slow!

The death knight covered the area in the dust, aiming to prevent Alen's vision.

"Naive!" [Wind Magic: Wind blast] as Alen weaved his hand a strong gust of wind blasted the dust cloud away, revealing a Deathball that was heading toward him.

With an upward swing with his left hand, [Water Magic: Water Wall] A wall of water intercepted the Deathball.

With his vision focused on the death knight, Alen rushed with a burning sword in his hands.

[Wind Magic: Accelerate]

As he was running a stone spike appeared in front of him.

Is he trying to take me out from ranger? Does that mean that I can beat him in a sword fight?

[Sword Arts: Dismemberment] Alen destroyed the stone spike without stopping.

[Wind Magic: Over-Accelerate] Alen's speed increased dramatically, and the death knight is within his reach!

[Double activation: Fire spear] Alen trusted his burning sword toward the death knight, it looked like a spear of crimson flames!

The death knight easily dodged it, he then followed with a right slash.

[Mediem Armor Arts: Deflection]

Alen deflected it with his left gauntlet, following with a downward slash toward the death knight's shoulder.

The death knight dropped before the slash hit him, completely dodging it and then he delivered a groin kick from a sitting position. Alen was sent flying from the shear force the death knight was outputting.

"It's over mortal!" The death knight said.

[Wind Magic: Stabilise] Alen turned mid-air and looked toward the death knight.

"Codpiece!!!" [Crusent moon]

"Sh*t!" [Necrotic Magic: Necrotic shield] The death knight covered himself in necrotic magic.

[Wind Magic: Wind Jet] Alen accelerated his fall. trying to finish off the death knight.

On the other side of the battlefield, Leon is fighting the other death knight.

"Growaaaaaaaaaaaa!" Leon screamed as jumped toward the Knight death knight!

This isn't how a creature the size of Leon is supposed to move, both the distance and force behind his jump are abnormal.

[Battleaxe Arts] Leon swung his Battleaxe at the death knight multiple times, it was deflected each time.

The death knight performed an upward slash with his greatsword, a massive necrotic flame erupted from it.

Delivering another blast of necrotic flames, the death knight backed down keeping his distance from Leon.

From the massive flames, Leon emerged, angry, raging!

Running toward the death knight who just kept backing away and throwing necrotic flames.

Amidst his rage, Leon grabbed a zombie from the battlefield and yeeted him at the death knight.

That was enough of an opening to close the distance. Leon swung his Battleaxe down with an immense amount of force.

The death knight blocked it with great effort, his fit have dug into the ground.

"Are you even human?" The death knight questioned.

"Growlllll!" As Leon growled he kicked the death knight across the battlefield.

The fight with the death knight mage was getting out of hand, Adventurers and soldiers are dying everywhere.

Between the mage and the surviving Zombies and skeletons, the battle was overwhelming.

That was the case until an adventurer heard a weird sound.

He looked back, in the middle of the night, a red dot is approaching at high speed.

As he saw everyone retreating, the mage focused on Lisa.

Using jets of fire at her feet and back, Lisa propelled herself at high speed.

"Good boys, It would have left a bad taste in my mouth if some of them were cough in the middle of my magic!" She said as she looked at the retreating soldiers and adventurers as she was passing by them.

As we know, skills have five tiers!

Low 1-9, mid 10-19, high 20-29, master 30-39, Legendary 40-49.

A low-tire is what a human can achieve, A master swordsman who spent his life training without a skill can achieve a max strength of a Level 9 sword skill at best!

Mid-tier is when you start doing maneuvers that require superhuman strength or dexterity. A wood elf swordsman who trained his whole life without skill and relied upon the wood elves' extreme agility can reach a max strength of around level 15 sword skill.

Legendary-tier is a tire no one heard about or saw since leveling from 39 to 40 seems impossible. It is rumored that the lords are above 40!

This was because the shapeshift, Connor is disguised as a dark elf so Xaviin underling can't recognize him, and Connor can't trust Vanessa's people!
