Kallen had just gotten off school and had finally gotten home after spending some time with the student council.

Back to this huge mansion filled with luxury but had no life at all.

Kallen had been able to come to school for a while now but every time whenever they had a raid the night before, she would just be sleeping in the class but every teacher just tolerated that because they thought that she might be feeling weak or sickly and is just forcing herself to come to school.

With the addition of being a member of the student council, she finally started enjoying relatively normal school life.

Although, interacting with Lelouch is still quite awkward after that incident.

She can't help it, it is truly embarrassing for her that someone knows about her being Scarlet Demoness in the game, and worse yet, it is someone who had sex with her in the game too.

After all, in the game, she truly let herself go.

Although she only did sex with one person in the game she is very willful inside, just doing whatever she felt like doing.

This normal school life has been making her have a happy face all day long today but as she got inside this huge mansion.

'Wait... Where is that maid? Why does it feel like I haven't seen that maid for quite some time now?' She thought inwardly as her brows further wrinkled because of frowning heavier.

Then she slowly got up and did not even bother changing clothes before getting out of the room and started moving around the mansion for the first time in a long while.

'That maid had always been by the door of my room or nearby whenever I get home before.

So... What changed?' She thought again as she wandered around looking for that maid.

But she did not manage to find her and she also did not bother asking the other mansion staff for her.

There is only very few personnel staff in the mansion because this luxurious mansion is as the name says, Luxurious.

It uses high-tech things like intelligent cleaning robots and other such machines.

So there aren't many staffs in the mansion.

Truthfully, it could have been like the big Ashford mansion that Lelouch is currently staying in which doubles as the student council's activity area, which is fully equipped with all kinds of automatic cleaning technology and other high-tech stuff which directly removed any need for human personnel.

It's just the vanity of the nobility that prevented everyone from doing this because they all felt that it was more elegant and luxurious for a human maid or staff to be seen doing work in their mansion.

But luxury is luxury and efficiency is efficiency.

That's why they just reduced the number of humans in their private properties.

It is also because human maids or butlers are better for interacting with guests, unlike unfeeling robots.

Kallen couldn't find that maid so she thought about it and remembered where that maid's quarters are before directly going there.

She first knocked at the door as she got in front of it but there seems to be no one inside.

Then she looked at the doorknob and quickly realized that this door seems to have no locking mechanism at all which made her face, which had become cold and calm after some walking, frown again.

Then she tried to open the door slowly and it did.

There truly isn't any lock at all, and her frown just continued to deepen.

As she got inside, she was reminded again of how the 'maid' had been living in such a small room with only a small wooden bed, a small wooden desk with a small drawer, and a simple wooden chair for the desk.

This scene just made her grit her teeth as she felt very frustrated.

'Why can't you just go?! You can live a better life than this just by leaving this place, right?! You are so cowardly that you aren't even fighting back when you are getting bullied by that old witch!

You are even refusing my help when I tried to do so before!

Do you truly just want to be with me?! Then why don't you just take me away with you before?!

I even started pretending to be bad to you just to make you go away from here!

But you won't just go away!

You keep enduring this!

Why?!' Kallen thought in frustration before she sat on that small bed and quickly realized that there isn't even any air conditioning in this room.

This room might be very cold at night with the bed sheets being quite thin too.

Then she sighed before getting up and then putting her attention on that small desk.

And she quickly saw something that made her gnash her teeth with anger after a closer look.

There are vandalisms on the desk which are words cursing or insulting the person owning this desk which made Kallen observe everything in the room more closely before seeing that the whole room might be filled with this kind of thing.

This made Kallen so angry that her eyes were red and she even started having a hard time breathing by a little bit.

Then she rummages through the desk to look at all the things on top of it and inside its small drawer.

And there she saw it.

The thing that she had been fighting against with the Black Knights.
