Modus Operandi 2

As Mr. Stones left the room, the whole area was filled with ear shattering silence and a nasty smell of leftover ramen and stale fish. The detectives wanted to provide a prospective killer but who would fit the description of unknown killer, with no evidence, and no proof. Andrews was simply quiet as he looked at his partner, Lisa who at this point contemplating on what to do next.

She went to her table grab her one sided black bag and left the huge room filled with remorse and disbelief. Andrews who was watching her, quickly ran after her, as he grabbed a grey jacket which was well rested on another detective's chair. They made their way past the hallways as Andrews kept whispering and silently yelling Lisa name.

"Lisa... Listen... Let this go... Please, the chief will kill us with his little beard... I swear am not even messing with you right now..." Andrews kept on urging Lisa to change her mind but with no avail.

They managed to get to the precinct doors with much anticipation as Lisa looked backed and heaved. Then walked out of the glass doors as she pulled them outwards then immediately let go as Andrew was left behind the glass like wounded puppy. She couldn't take it anymore. She walked over to her SUV, opened the door gradually and got in. Andrew managed to pull himself together and got in the car together with her after a while.

"Were going to the crime scene, okay!" Lisa thundered.

"No were not."

"It wasn't a question." Lisa blurted out as she drove of in full speed.

As she drove off, the C street N.W Northside part was getting quite busy this time of year. Winter was just coming round, the street vendors were displaying all sorts of heavy apparel. The children were finishing of from schools as they walked back to their homes unaware of the world at large. Lisa took a hard right turn then a left turn to Independence Ave S.W street where she stopped the car. The murder had just took place right in front of the Botanical Garden which was right near the street.

Lisa felt obliged to take a look once more. The police tape was still intact after 6 days of the murder but she knew pretty that tomorrow the tape would be taken down. Even though it was unfair to the women who died painfully, she knew there was no stopping the police. The police was trying to find a scape goat for a murder that occurred just six days ago. The brutalism of the killer new no bounds.

Lisa examined the crime scene once again, but there was truly no doubt that whoever did it was a psychopath who thought of every detail. The body had been killed previously and carried of to the botanical garden and then rested right near the road so the footprints could not be seen, on the pavement or the grass. The killer knew where and how to avoid street cameras. And finally plastered scarlet red shoes on the victims chopped of legs and gloves on her chopped of hands. To add salt to the wounds, the victims had a short red dress on, and appeared to have make-up plastered all over her face.

Andrew who was just near the car taking a walk looking keenly all around, suddenly got a phone call. After a few minutes of getting the call, he looked back at Lisa and screamed, "Hey, Lisa the forensics just called, we might have something."

Lisa quickly left the scene and entered the car on the passengers seat. Andrews looked at her with concern, still standing up straight right outside.

"Well what are you waiting for, you big buffoon? Get in the car now and drive I need to think!!" Lisa got her head out the window and yelled as Andrew ran over to the drivers seat and started the engine.

"You know... you don't need to yell all the time..."

"SHUT THE HELL UP AND DRIVE!!"
