Chapter 12: Guilty

<p>Phoebe and Chloe got to their Physics class and Edward came in after them."Good morning Class"Mr Jerry said."Good morning Sir"the class greeted."I have seen the practical results except from one group"Mr Jerry said.<br/> "Edward and Chloe,I haven't seen your practical results yet"Mr Jerry said.<br/>"Tomorrow's the deadline,if I don't get reports about your practical, you both will fail"Mr Jerry said."Alright, today's class is about Field".<br/> After their classes,Roy went to meet Chloe who was at the cafeteria with Phoebe."Hey"Roy said."Hi...I hope that fool is not with you"Chloe asked."Nope... it's just me"Roy said."I just came to apologize on behalf of Edward"."I'm so sorry for what he has been doing to you"Roy said."It's alright...besides I don't need anyone's apology."Thanks...I also came to tell you that Edward said he'll be doing the practical at the cafe near the Karen's clinic"Roy said."Okay,I'll be there only because I don't want to fail.<br/> Chloe left the college alone because Phoebe will be going to her house and since she's going to the cafe, they'll pass different routes.Chloe got to the cafe and saw Edward already waiting for her."Hey"Edward said."Can we start the practical". "How are you"?Edward asked."What's your problem...I didn't come to chit chat with you but I came for the practical"Chloe said."I'm sorry"Edward said.<br/> Chloe was surprised to hear Edward of all people apologizing."I'm so sorry Chloe...I shouldn't have treated you like this"Edward said with a sad look on his face."I don't care... I just want to do the practical and leave"Chloe said."Alright then, let's get started"Edward said.<br/> Eventually,Chloe and Edward finished their practical and wrote down the reports."Finally we're through with the practical"Chloe said."Let me drop you at your house"Edward requested.<br/> "I'm not a child,I can go home myself"Chloe said. Suddenly,an unlucky rain began to fall. Chloe couldn't bear being with Edward and began to go home in the rain."Chloe Chloe,come in Edward said while following her in his car.<br/> "Get in or else you'll catch a cold"Edward said."When did you start caring about me"Chloe asked. Edward felt guilty for everything he had done to Chloe and wanted to mend his ways.<br/> Edward couldn't see Chloe in that state...so he got out of his car and carried Chloe even though she shouted. <br/>"How dare you touch me"Chloe shouted.Chloe shouted non-stop but Edward didn't listen to her but he increased the volume of the music.<br/> Edward finally dropped Chloe at her house and went to Roy's house. Edward is an orphan and he lives with his best friend or more like his brother, Roy. Edward's parent died in a war between his land and another land.<br/> Edward got to Roy's house and got in soaked."Why are you so wet...I thought you carried an umbrella"Roy said."Yes,I carried it but I got wet when I was trying to get Chloe into my car "Wait a minute, you called her by her name and not weirdo"Roy said."Well, maybe she's not a weirdo"."I really feel guilty for what I did to her".<br/> "I shouldn't have treated her badly...I want to mend my ways by being her friend but it's looks like I'm her enemy"Edward said."Well obviously you are her enemy and I'm proud of your sudden change"."I think I'll talk to Phoebe about this"Roy said."Oh yes,I forgot she's your love"Edward said.<br/> Roy has a crush on Phoebe and Phoebe also does but they don't want to be in a relationship because of their best friends. They don't want to hurt their best friend by being in a relationship but Edward is aware about Roy's feelings but not Phoebe's feelings.</p>
