Outside the labour room one lady and a 5 year old boy was waiting anxiously with the lady crying and sobbing...
The crying and shouting voices from the inside of the labour room could be heard clearly by both of them. After 10 minutes two men came running towards the lady one of them was Mr. Li whose wife was standing outside the wardwith her son. Other man was looking haggard with shirt buttons open and untidy hairs, known as Mr. Jiang. As soon as they reached near the ward Mr. Li hugged his wife and tried to console her.
Mr. Jiang asked anxiously: how did this happen, I remember the delivery date was next month... What happened?
Mrs li while sobbing informed that " W....we..we ...were going....sob sob ...to get a take out.....and while driving....a truck ....rammed ....into our car....Sob sob "
Hearing this Mr. Jiang fell donw on the floor with a ...plop.... he felt like his whole life has destroyed..
Seeing the way this stuation wsa going, a cute voice suddenly spoke
" You adults always have to complicate things, it would be better if you all can stop crying and wait for the arrival of child"

Hearing this Mr. Jiang got up frantically as if he understood his stupidity and waited for the doctor to come out of the ward.

" Yes your wife is just tired and slept, we will shift her to the ward and then you can meet her. Luckily the car was a high tech car and did not cause any physical damage to the mother."
Mr. Jiang felt as if a big stone was lifted from his heart. Patting on Mr. Jiang's shoulder Mr. Li said " You are lucky to get a padded cotton jacket and not a stinky boy. Congratulations han."
After sometime Mrs. Jiang was shifted to the ward and everyone went to meet her.
" Is it paining wife? How are you feeling? Do I call the doctor?"
Seeing her husbands anxious expressionn Mrs. Jiang laughed and said " I dont need a doctor, I am good. Did you see our daughter? When I saw her she was looking all white and soft. I tought of tofu when I saw her so lets keep her nickname as Tofu..... What say ?"
Mr Jiang was about to resist, afterall who will like to call his daughter tofu but seeing the naughty expression on his wifes face he was unable to reject and it was decided that the nickname of the girl would be tofu.
On the other side the 5 year old boy saw the baby through the glass incubator.." Welcome to this world baby. I am your brother ming, I was the one who used to talk to you all day and night. Now you grow up quickly and then we can play together. " While leaving the room he was thinking 'Everyone said she looks beautiful and white like tofu but I felt she looks like a monkey and that too ugly one' But he did not say it to the baby fearing she will get hurt.
