Past Life POV(3)

After some time ambulance arrived but he was declared dead at site, they tried to give him CPR but he didn't wake up. I feel something inside me breaking into pieces and when I though of my mother I saw her she was sitting in the corner her eye hollowed devoid of any emotion and i realized my brother left us just like my father but unlike my father who had a stonic expression at his death bed he had a relieved smile like he had done everything he should do, unlike our father funeral where many people have come to see him off at my brother funeral only me, my mother and a pair of husband and wife came to see him off. (the thug he hired to manage his business and his wife)

According to the death certificate my brother had asthma and same disease as my father and due to multiple injuries(scars on his body) and overwork his body can't take it anymore and he died. Learning about the cause I asked my mother why she didn't tell me about his illness earlier at which she said he never mentioned about this things to her and when I asked her how she paid my tution fees she said that my brother said to her that father had left savings for my studies at which I realized I only knew what he said and did to me and I never knew how he earned money, never ask how he purchased this house, how he brought me gifts and paid my college fees never asked if he had any dreams and ambition, if he had any friends realizing this I ran toward his bedroom and now without him this plane room looked more lonely as it lost it heart shaking my mind I saw his register which I always ignored when I was a kid and now when i opened it was filled with many business recipt dating back to 15 year ago when my father died , various property paper, bank document and a medical certificate. I realized he had started his business at age of 10 with the help of the man which came at his funeral I remembered that at my father funeral, my brother has expression of worry instead of sadness because he was worried how without our father, our family will survive, I saw some recipt of money transfer in which money was transferred from his account to my mother's account and i realized the father savings he mentioned was his earning and he didn't tell mother so she will not feel guilty about it and I saw there was still 15 million left as saving which was a huge amount of money , I saw a medical report in which his disease was mentioned means he knew that he won't live long and I checked his phone which only has maximum 20 contact including mine number, he lied about having friends after reading all this my mind went blank and i fell unconcious and when i woke up i found myself on my brother's bed and my mother holding the register and when I saw her eyes it was dark like abyss.
