Shin Kinghad is a kid that had been abducted and trained by a powerful underworld organization since he was three years old. Somewhere at the borders of the Saint Heaven Kingdom, all the members of the Empyrean Talons, aside from Shin, were currently gathered as Arthur had summoned all of them for a mission.
