Knock…knock…knock… The sound of knocking on the door was heard before the wooden object shifted and opened, revealing Bram at four o'clock in the afternoon. "I thought you wouldn't come today," said Joshua, welcoming the presence of the secretary who had just walked over.

Bram faced him who was working behind a wide desk and laptop, responding, "I said I would come if I can."

Joshua painted his signature on the paper before looking at Bram, sharply replying, "It's already four o'clock. You shouldn't have come."

"You don't appreciate my good intentions." Bram snorted, he sat on the sofa at the side of the room, leaning his neck on the backrest while closing his eyes.

Joshua quietly stopped what he was doing to glance. There were many things Joshua wanted to say, many questions gathered on the tip of his tongue but he said nothing and seemed to hope that Bram would understand and speak himself.
