CAN I JOIN?

When searched and soon found the private room that Yu Lian told her. She stood out of the room and took a long deep breath. ' Calm down.. Calm down... Heck!! Why am I so nervous?! It's just a date... I am not going to the borders to fight! This stupid heart... stop beating like crazy! ' Even she didn't know why was she being so freaking nervous. She was last this nervous when she first .... forget it!

She bit her lips and slowly pushed open the door. The interior of the room was luminated with golden lights, giving a classy look. And it looked beautiful. But Ning Mei just gave it a glance because her eyes were busy serching for someone.

She stepped inside the room and saw a man in a dark blue cardigan sitting at one side of a table. Sensing that someone has entered the room he lifted up his head and at that moment his soul flew out of his heart and then jumped out the window.

But at the same time, Ning Mei froze there. She was utterly confused. She was about to go out and recheck whether she has entered the correct room or not. She was still holding the door knob so she saw the palate, which saved the effort, and it was absolutly the correct room. Then who is he?!

But then something clicked in her mind. Ah yes, maybe her Mr. Beauty might have asked any friend of his to accompany him. It is a self proclaimed date by her, but maybe he doesn't feel like that. Can't blame him, of course. There was no way that Ning Mei wanted to think any thing negative. Our thoughts affects our life. So never think negative nonsense.

Ning Mei smiled at him sweetly and politely and then walked up to him gracefully. She said, " Hello, my name is Ning Mei. Nice to meet you. And I am sorry for making you wait. " After saying this, she started wraking up her mind how should she frame her words to ask when will her Mr. Beauty arrive?

But the next second, she saw him smile brightly and say, " It's not a big deal to wait for a pretty lady. And especially when the lady is as beautiful as you. And by the way I am ..." But before he could complete his words, his phone rang. He lifted his gaze with a apologetic look and said, " I am sorry... Can I take the call? "

Ning Mei smiled and replied, " Yeah.. sure. Why not.. "

Yan Fan picked up the call, " Hello? "

"Hello, brother. Where are you?! " Yan Xin's shrill voice came from the other end.

" I came for a dinner. Why? " Yan Fan asked.

" Oh dinner? Is it business dinner or personal? If it is personal, can I join... please.... And plus my car broke down so I will just go back with you. " Yan Xin pled.

Hearing this, Yan Fan looked at Ning Mei and after a few second an smirk laced with some not so good intentions appeared on his lips. Ning Mei was oblivious to it as she was busy with her phone. He then replied, " No... I am sorry, Xinxin. I have some important business... and it may take time. How about you come and take my car and drive back home. "

" Ah, okay... I am on the way!" Yan Xin actively replied and hanged up the call. She thought that it was now that the happiest part of her day started. After all, it is not everyday that she gets to drive her brother's Porsche. She was so full of herself that she didn't even think how her brother would do if she drove away his car.
