Punishment

Jade arrived on the nearest dwarf planet close to earth, Ceres, a 'water world' that harbours a salty ocean beneath its cratered surface.

Coming a long way he couldn't find a trace of life except for some green substance on the ground. He followed the trace of the green substance.

After getting to the end of the substance a building started coming into view.

'A building! Here in a place like this.' Jade thought.

Getting close to the building he sighted about fifty different skimals entering into a machine inside a large garden-like cage one after the other.

One by one this machine kept firing the skimals out into space.

'how's did such machine even exist?' Jade thought to himself, walking close to the cage to get a better view.

As soon as he placed his hands on the cage an alarm sounded loud, all the skimals halted immediately.

Before Jade could take a step backward all the skimals started running after him. The ground rumbled.

"Darn it!" Jade said as he took to his hills.

In a short time he outran them or should I say they stopped running after him.

Where he was heading to, he saw a huge human figure, someone that seems to have a dark green body with spikes running from shoulders down to the wrist. The being was coming down from a midsize space shuttle.

"A grogg!" Jade said in shock as he halted. "It seems like captain Drek was right."

"You human, what business do you have here?" The grogg asked with a thundering voice.

"So you are the last grogg, right? Are you also the boss here?" Jade asked, gently moving backwards.

"Your world is the only one remaining. Once I regain my full strength I'm going to dominate it and remain the god of all universe."

"I'm really amazed at how you could have survived through space." Jade said still moving backwards.

"Hahahaha, who said we don't have spaceships in my planet? You being here, I assume humans managed to defeat the groggs even with the king." The groggs stated and then crouched. "I'm going to crush you first and then send all my minions to your world."

"I'd like to see you try." Jade said as his glowed. He brought out his gloves and put them on.

"Oh oh oh, you are one of those special being, hmmm the guardian. It'd be a pleasure crushing you."

"You talk too much for a normal grogg." Jade commented, charging at the grogg.

"You're taking this too far your majesty." Mark said, standing up. "Locking them up in the tomb is too much for a punishment."

"Are you rebelling against me?"Saz asked.

"Tch, doing this is only going to provoke Jade." Mark said.

"Your majesty, I think you should reconsider your punishment." Billy said, looking worried.

"I've made my decision, if they cannot obey my rules and order then they shouldn't go unpunished." Saz said, turning to Peter. "Send enough soldiers to bring them here, if they refuse I'll have to exile them."

Murmuring filled the palace at the hearing of that word 'exiled'.

Peter left immediately, he ordered twenty soldiers to go and arrest Jade's family.

Rhen, Racle and Selina were in their separate room when they heard the knock on the door.

Rhen intuitively took her sword with her as she head to the living room.

The three coming out of their separate rooms looked at each other.

Rhen walked to the door and opened. About twenty five soldiers holding on to the mk-19 gun were standing before her.

"You are under arrest for attacking a member of the army force and the refusal of the king's summon." The leading soldier stated.

"Oh boy!" Rhen said, chuckling slightly. "Can I get my kids?"

Selina and Racle came out and they all left.

After walking for some time.

"Hey, this isn't the road to the palace." Rhen said, realizing they were heading for the king's castle.

"Just stay quiet." One of the soldiers said.

"Sorry why should I stay quiet when we're not prisoners?"Rhen asked but nobody replied.

Selina became angry, she held one of the soldiers neck with her hand hardened and threw him into a building. Before the others could react, Racle unleashed an immense flame covering the area.

Seven of the soldiers got caught in the fire and soon the remaining soldiers were all firing into the flames.

When the fire cleared up a little the three had escaped.

"Search the area, they couldn't have gone far." The leader ordered.

Jade who has been confronted by the final grogg has decided to go toe to toe with it.

He charged at it with his hardened hand covered in fire.

The grogg didn't move an inch and just watched Jade come at him.

Jade landed a blow on it chin but there was no single reaction, he landed multiple blows yet nothing.

'how's he this strong?' Jade thought, launching another blow.

This time the grogg caught Jade's hand, within a second Jade was buried on the floor.

The grogg had smashed him on the floor and thrust at which he used buried Jade immediately.

"I might not be as fast as you are but don't make me catch you or you are dead." The grogg said as he pulled Jade out of the ground.

He smashed him again, this time blood was coming out of Jade's mouth and he was losing consciousness.

'darn it! I can't die now, not like this.' Jade thought as he got lifted up the third time.

The ground started quaking and before they knew they fell into the ground and was in an ocean.

Jade with his last energy swam out of the river while the grogg went into the depth of the ocean.

The shore at which Jade would have swum to skimals were approaching the river.

"Now I get it, this maniac is in control of all this.... what was it again?... Whatever." Jade said heading towards the skimals.

Jade sped up his pace and luckily got to the shore before the skimals.

He didn't realize it until he got to the shore that the skimals were only a few.

'Damn it, that much had gone already. I need to get back to earth.' Jade thought, crystalizing his body.

As he was being crystalized, the grogg came into view from the ocean, standing on the other skimals.

The grogg glared at Jade, sending a shiver down his spine.

"Is earth really doomed?" Jade asked himself as his body turned to dust.

Rhen and the other two had escaped into a building and from behind left for the palace.

Not long before they got there. Entering into the palace everybody's eye were on the three of them.

"I guess they refused again. Like I said earlier, I'm going to....."

Everywhere got so chaotic. Five groggs fell from the sky, it was never in their imagination to experience such.

The army got dispersed, going to the five different locations.

The skimals were just too aggressive, smashing houses, people and properties.

Worst of all, this ones are even stronger.
