Divided kingdom

Lying on a patient's bed in a white room was Jade. He opened his eyes and was observing the room when the door opened.

"You're awake." A nurse said, carrying a tray of food with her. She dropped it on the small table beside Jade. "Here's your food. I think I should inform Mr President."

The nurse left without Jade saying a word, he stood up and started eating the food.

Few minutes later president Avon entered the room, Jade was already in a lying position again.

"Hi Jade, feeling any better?" Avon asked, sitting on the bed. "You went unconscious as soon as you defeated that skimal."

"I need to get back to Takeki."

"There's nothing to worry about, I already sent a message of appreciation and your current state." Avon informed.

"What!" Jade exclaimed, rising up. "Saz didn't send me here, it was a mistake."

"What do you mean a mistake?" Avon asked in confusion.

"(Sighs) The last grogg stuff... It was true. I went to another planet and there was this strange machine being used to fly the so called skimals to earth. I wanted to see if I could destroy it but an alarm sounded." Jade explained worriedly. "The grogg arrived at the planet on a space shuttle, beat the hell out of me, fortunately I escaped at the skin of my teeth, arriving here on Visgard."

"Wow! You went through that much."

"He actually survived on a spaceship from their planet who would have thought they had more than one."

"So, any new discovery?" President Avon asked in curiosity.

"First of, he's in control of the skimals, I don't know how he's doing it. Secondly, he's still in a recuperating state. Thirdly, I think it's we against the whole other universe. Men! Earth is doomed." Jade concluded, lying down back.

"Come on, don't be so quick to give up." Avon said, standing up. "First of all, you should take a few soldiers with you to other planets and try destroying those machines."

"Hmph, easier said than done. I'll have to see my fami...."

"I know, we've prepared a bike for you. Anytime you're ready." Avon said, gesturing towards the door.

"I guess I'd take my leave now, how fast is it?" Jade asked as he opened the door.

"Just as fast." President Avon replied.

Coming out of the building, it was an island in Visgard, surrounded by few trees. Some soldiers were also guarding the place.

"Wow! Never thought I'd step my feet here." Jade commented as he head to the bike.

He started the bike and observed it for a while. After a few seconds he smiled at Avon.

"Told ya, we call it VIS bike." President Avon smiled back and Jade zoomed off.

The bike was running 400mph, it would take at most three hours to get to Takeki village.

"Can you tell me why you lumped us together? And what reason do we have to even take their sides?" Cindy complained bitterly as she head home with Dr Bryan and Mark.

"The village is divided now. How can we even face the last grogg?" Dr Bryan asked.

"Tch, I wish Jade never did what he did." Mark grumbled.

"Mmm, what did Jade do?" Cindy asked.

Mark turned to Dr Bryan for confirmation but he just shrugged. "(Lets out a deep breath) Jade is the real king."

"Hm, okay that was uncalled for. Please come again." Cindy said.

"You heard right." Dr Bryan replied.

"Alright, can you explain to me what's going on?" Cindy asked, halting in her steps.

"It's a long story.....

"Mom, are we just going to leave like this?" Selina asked in anger.

"Of course we are, do you think this is a picnic outing." Rhen replied.

"Pjay and Vedry are just so lucky they got only injuries." Racle said sadly.

"Sorry, how's that our problem now?" Selina asked.

"I don't know, maybe it'd be more fun to travel with them." Racle replied.

"This isn't traveling, it's being exiled so why should we have fun." Selina shouted.

"Come on you two, are you gonna keep acting like cat and rat on a walk together." Rhen said, shutting up the two of them. "(Sighs) What's your father even doing at a time like this."

"But mom, how do we expose the truth?" Racle asked.

"That won't be easy but as soon as they fall into our trap...boom... It's all gonna blow off." Rhen replied.

"What trap?" Selina asked.

"You'd know when it's time though things might not go as planned." Rhen replied with a smirk.

Peter on the other hand had gotten home and packed up a bag. He started his journey to leave Takeki village.

"I can't believe you hid this from me all this while." Cindy said, after Mark has finished explaining what happened. "What about my brother, he doesn't even know he's serving the wrong king."

"We had to keep it a secret, the fewer the better. We can't let Saz get suspicious about him if he was to act out of norm." Mark explained.

"So what do we do now?" Cindy asked worriedly.

"We'll have to wait for Jade to arrive." Mark replied.

"I doubt he'd come in peace." Dr Bryan stated.

"He sure is not." Cindy added.

"And that's why we are going to rescue as much citizens as we can. The crossfire this time won't go well." Mark suggested.

"Shouldn't we inform the other villages?" Cindy asked.

"This is an internal conflict, it has nothing to do with them." Mark replied.

"Didn't you two forget someone?" Dr Bryan asked.

After two hours of traveling on the bike to Takeki, Jade is now getting close to the border.

From a distance he sighted multiple people coming out of the border.

"Is that... Selina?" Jade asked himself. "What are they doing out here?"

Out of curiosity Jade sped up the bike.

On the other side Selina had just sighted the bike coming towards them.

"Mom, someone is approaching us on bike. Think it's dad?" Selina asked.

"It should be." Rhen replied. The three of them ran towards Jade.

Getting close to the group Jade slowed down a bit, he got down from the bike and ran to them.

They hugged each other in happiness.

"What are you guys doing out here at this time, it past seven you know?" Jade asked worriedly with a smile. "Let's head back."

"(Takes a deep breath) Bad news honey, we were exiled." Rhen replied.

"Exiled (chuckles) Wait seriously?" Jade asked looking at the kids. "By who?"

"Of course it's Saz, who else has the power to do so?"Rhen replied.

"Did everyone agree to this?" Jade asked, looking more serious.

"Not really. Long story short,nobody did but when Saz said if you are to return to the village to fight they won't back down, Peter and Mark with his family objected. Now Drek is in charge of the army and none of us is part of the pillars again." Rhen summarized.

"We don't have time to deal with this crazy conflict. I provoked the last grogg, it won't take long before he descendd on earth." Jade said as they started heading back.

"So the last grogg actually survived." Rhen said.

"Yes and he's even stronger than anything I've ever faced." Jade stated.

"How do you mean?"

"I hate to admit it, we fought each other. He defeated me in less than a minute."

"A minute!!!"

"Yeah, a minute." Jade confirmed. "Well it seems like we're in for a surprise."
