Chakra Force

This story will be following our wonderful mc Revan in the land of Chakra Force. In this land you can cultivate all of your chakras and gain immense power. The weak can crush small mountains while the strong can overturn the seas and freeze over entire cities and more. Will Revan fall among the mediocre or will he succeed? First Day

Revan: UP DOWN, UP DOWN, UP DOWN

Revan was walking around and looking at their forms. "Keep your body parallel, you over there, don't sacrifice your form, take a couple seconds and get back into it. You keep your elbows tucked in, over there at least go parallel, if you can go lower that's good as well. If you're having trouble, it's okay to do some of them on your knees."

Revan scanned the men and women with his eyes as they worked their butts off. The smell of sweat and hard work was wafting in the hot air but it didn't seem to bother anyone. Over by the short cliffs they had more shade. Revan looked over and examined the pull-ups being done beneath the cliff. "Remember to use the rocks as support if your form is suffering. Really go all the way done, if you don't you'll only be cheating yourself. Good, good, good. Don't hurt yourself trying to show off, rest a single foot on the side of that rock while you do the pull-ups."

Revan clapped his hands as we walked by the pull-up section. "I like what I see, you guys are doing just fine for your first time."

Revan finally got to the squatting group. "Lower, lower, lower..... good. If your knees are giving out, trying sticking your but further out and curving your back in a bit. It will take the pressure off of your knees but it will still burn your quads."

A few voices came out soon after. "Thank you, it works!" "Thanks" "Thank you, sir" "nice"

Revan: For the most part it looks like everyone's squats are going well. They are the easiest to perform regarding form. Remember to take short breaks if you need them. Even for squats my legs would probably get tired from 150 in a row

Revan took his time observing each of the groups in order to make sure that none of them were making huge mistakes. He did this 3 more times because each group had to rotate in order to perform each exercise.

Some people finished the whole workout in less than an hour but most of them took more than an hour. The worst of them took more than 3 hours. However, one thing was consistent across the board, everyone was drenched with sweat and lying down panting on the floor as soon as they finished.

"Damn that was one hell of a day."

"I hope tomorrow is easier..."

"I need a bath"

"But the ground is pretty comfy"

"I should really get cleaned up now"

The people were talking to each other as they laid on the ground. One by one they started to get up and leave to go and bathe.

Revan: Everyone should go get cleaned up whenever you recover enough energy. I'll bring a bit of food after the workouts as well so you guys have a good recovery meal. You need one in order for your body to grow stronger. Protein is a very important factor and it is in meats and other things so I'll bring a good variety

Rei was laying on the floor breathing rapidly after he finished. Lucas on the other hand has farmer's strength. A type of strength that couldn't be gauged by the eye alone. He was breathing deeply but he was doing okay and there were a few older men who weren't far off. Kai finished faster than Rei and he was breathing deeply as well but he was breathing at higher pace compared to the older men like Lucas. Kai had good conditioning but he wasn't perfect.
