Assistant Lim handed a thick stack of documents to Cathy. This must be the fashion styles preferences Marvin mentioned before.

However, it really looked like there were a lot of them. As she expected, this man was quite a dainty.

Cathy criticized him in her heart, but took the document with a smile on her face.

However, Assistant Lim did not leave immediately; instead, he placed his foot at the door of the elevator, so that it would not be close. Then, he said in a methodical way,

"Young Master said that you have to read all of these and give him a design concept by tomorrow."

"Tomorrow?"

Cathy was extremely surprised, not only did she have to finish reading all of the materials in a day, she even had to come up with a design concept. Wasn't he trying to make things difficult of her?

"Assistant Lim, please tell Mar.... ohh Mr. Gu that the design is rather complicated and I can't make it tomorrow. Ask him to give me more time."

Assistant Lim shook his head helplessly and said, "But Young Master also mentioned that if you have any problems, you can talk to him personally. He will consider it."

"No, It's okay."

Cathy rejected this suggestion without hesitation. She would rather stay up late and work overtime than taking initiative to look for Marvin.

She didn't know what would happen if she asked him for help.

"Well, take care, Miss Cathy. Feel free to approach me if you need anything."

With that, Assistant Lim stepped out of the elevator and pressed the closed button of the elevator. Only then did he return to the chairman's office.

Marvin was sitting on the sofa with a glass of red wine in his hand, taking a sip from time to time. His expression didn't look good and he seemed to be thinking something.

Then, he instructed, "Go and investigate what happened to her design draft. I want all the details."

Assistant Lim was puzzled for a moment, and then he immature thought of something.

No wonder, Young Master suddenly bought this company. It turned out that he did it for Young Madam Cathy.

"I'll go now."

Assistant Lim immediately came to his senses and then went out to arrange it.

When Cathy returned to the design department, she found that the atmosphere was somewhat different, and her colleagues looked at her in a strange way.

Then, again she had won first place with her ruined work, and even she didn't think it was normal. However, she didn't intend to explain it to them. Besides, she didn't know how to explain the thing with Marvin.

It would be okay once the topic slowly died out and the people no longer cared about it anymore. Cathy did not care about it anymore.

Wheb she returned to her seat, she seized every minute and second to browse through the materials.

She would have to submit the design concept by tomorrow, so right now she was working on a tight schedule.
