Case 3: Abducted Son (11)

As Ronin was surrounded, all his enemies also known as the attacking members of Killer community guided by Kenji were only few steps away from Ronin in circular position.

Did Ronin not anticipate this ??

Just as Kenji was about to say something, the vision from his drown suddenly turned blur.

Kenji saw this and suddenly burst in anger. Although he didn't express the anger in his physical appearance. He felt that. Immediately after calling his mates , he asked " What happened to the first drone? Take the second drone to the place of the first drone. Fast !!!"

In real, the position Ronin was in now was one of the eleven parts divided by Ronin in the whole stadium. Ronin had divided the whole stadium in 11 parts so that it would be easier for him and his companions to communicate. According to Ronin's plan, Kai was in the place where Ronin was standing right now. So, Kai basically threw a knife towards the first drone.

How Kai was able to recognise that the drone was following Ronin ??

Earlier when Ronin was receiving the letter, Ronin noticed that a drone was flying above Zai's head. Ronin had his first suspicion there. But because that's a stadium, Ronin didn't think this as a threat. But when Ronim started to make his move, Ronin observed that the drone was following him.

So through phone, Ronin had miscalled Kai. Through a miscall, Kai understood the threat. That's why Ronin purposely chose a location which was one of the eleven parts of the stadium where Kai was standing. So, When Ronin got close to Kai, Kai noticed the drone and immediately threw a knife on it, breaking it completely.

After breaking the drone, Ronin and Kai both took their masks and wore off the first mask to disguise themselves properly.

While they were doing this, Kenji sent his second drone to the same place but he couldn't recognise anyone as Kai and Ronin wore off their masks. But Kenji still had one last clue. Which was the micro tracker on the second ring. Using that Kenji had instructed his men again.

After a few breaths of time, his men found a ring on the ground.

Kenji understood that he had failed. Basically his enemies figured out that the rings were fake by checking it . And then after confirmation they threw those two fake rings on the ground.

Kenji and Kinzo both had planned to give Fake Rings with micro tracker on both. It was their original plan among with other plans.

According to their plan, after enemy receive the fake ring, they would track down the enemy using their assassins and stalkers.

But they didn't anticipate that the enemy would choose a place like stadium.

On this journey today, Kinzo and Kenji had basically failed.

But Kinzo won't give that easily. The enemy he was facing knew a lot of secrets. In other words this enemy must he eliminated.

December 27,2077

Everyone from Ronin's faction was sitting on chairs, bed and sofa.

Ronin told , " So guys, like I said we've finally got to a point where our enemy is ready to give the rings "

" Yeah. "

" But we can't ignore the possible risks. In our first negotiation instead of asking money like a regular kidnappers, I directly asked for the two rings. Don't you guys think it's a bit suspicious!"

Shaya replied, "Yes . I had once asked. Why did you stupidly ask for the two rings directly?"

Ronin Replied, " I know you've asked. During our first negotiation, I directly asked about the first two rings. And then when Kinzo asked why I asked for those two rings, I replied indicating that it was none of his business. Right?"

Everyone nodded in affirmation.

Ronin continued, "So basically I did that covering two possibilities.

First : The enemy, also known as Kinzo knew the secret of the 8 items .

Second: The enemy didn't know the secrets of the 8 items .

The second possibility had low chances according to my assumption.

Why I made this assumption?

It's because Kinzo is a master mind, a criminal, an wolfz who indirectly controls a community, a man with vast political power and has contribution to other criminal acts.

An innocent men would never know the secrets of 8 items but a guilty man with high profile criminal records has chances to know about the secret of the 8 items. Besides we all know that Kinzo had two items among the 8.

Having two rings couldn't be counted as a coincidence . Besides from our stalking, Kinzo or his wife never wore those two rings on their finger. But they still had their possessions on the rings.

That's the first reason. It's still not enough. But the main basis of my assumption is when the secret of the 8 items was passed, Kinzo was one of the men involved in that gathering of June 6 , 2076. This was recorded in the list of the attendants on that day. Kinzo's full name, his photo was there."

Shaya interrupted and asked

" On the day when the secret was passed, Kinzo was in the gathering right? Then we can 100% say Kinzo knew the secret. Why you need to make assumptions?"

Ronin smiled and replied , " Listen, on that gathering of June 6,2076 there were many people including Kinzo. But not all of them knew the secret of 8 items . So, I also don't know whether Kinzo was one of those who didn't know or one of those who knew the secret of 8 items. Only because of this I couldn't sure and made assumptions that Kinzo might know the secrets of 8 items. "

Shaya nodded and said , " Understood. You continue sir "

All laughed.

Ronin continued explaining,

" So, based on this assumption I bet my hopes on the first possibility which I mentioned earlier. That's why I used the last card , taking risks of revealing that I wanted only the two rings."

Shaya again asked , " I really didn't understand clearly. If you made this decision according to your assumption, how would you benefit from this decision?"

" Let me finish first Shaya. Okay listen. Like I said I made this decision according to the assumption I made.

After revealing that I only wanted those two rings, there were muiltiple possibilities right here.

Here are all of these.

Hypothesis 1 : Kinzo didn't know the secrets of 8 items

Possibility 1 :

Premises 1 : I've told Kinzo that I wanted only two rings in exchange of Chico, Kinzo's sun.

Premises 2 : Kinzo didn't know the secret of 8 items.

Premises 3 : Kinzo had to save his son because of his righteous path mask that he wear Infront of other people.

Conclusion: Kinzo would only make moves to save his son.

Premises 2 : Kinzo didn't know the secrets of 8 items.

Premises 3: Kinzo had to save his son because of his righteous path mask. But because of our planning, Kinzo had failed in every steps to rescue his son.

Premises 4: Kinzo decided to save his son and gave up the two rings.

Conclusion: As Kinzo didn't know the secrets of the 8 items, Kinzo would also not know about the purpose of the two rings. Therefore because of his will to save son, he gave up the ring. After all he didn't know the value of the two ring and exchanged them for his son. So, his purpose only serves to save his son.

Premises 3: Kinzo understood that he has a new enemy based on his previous records.

Conclusion: Kinzo would make moves to save his son , at the same time he would make moves against his new enemy to kill him.

So here the 3rd possibility gets debunked. Why ? Kinzo is a smart person. Based on the possibility 2, we know that Kinzo could do nothing to us. Therefore all his moves against us will be wasted. So, even if possibility 3 is true, Kinzo will fail on this. So, we don't have to think of that. Based on possibility 1 and 2 , Kinzo would only try to save his son after muiltiple trials by giving us the rings as he didn't know the value of the two rings.

A man who doesn't know the value of gold will definitely throw it on the dustbin.

Therefore exchanging the two rings for his son would be like exchanging a human with an object . As Kinzo didn't know the secrets these objects ( Two rings ) would hold no value to Kinzo. "

Shaya asked , " But possibility 3 can be true too. Even if Kinzo didn't know the value of the two rings, in order to eradicate his enemy, Kinzo obviously wouldn't give you the ring easily following possibility 1 and 2."

" You're half right . But I had said my whole hypothesis is based on the second early mentioned probability which was 'Kinzo didn't know the secret of 8 items' . So, Kinzo who had tried muiltiple times to track down us but failed would risk his son because of two unknown objects. Those two objects would be completely unknown to Kinzo according to our hypothesis. The most logical outcome is, Kinzo would exchange after failing muiltiple attempts and he didn't know the secret of 8 items so he would basically exchange them at the end for Chico. In simple Kinzo wouldn't risk his son because of two rings that he didn't even know the usage of . "

" Understood."

" But the things I've mentioned. Did anything happen between one of these possibilities?

Obviously no.

So let's talk about the early first possibility. Which is 'Kinzo know the secrets of 8 items'.

Here are the created possibilities,

Hypothesis 2 : Kinzo knew the secret of 8 items.

Possibility 1

Conclusion: Kinzo would make his moves to save his son at the same time he would make moves against us to directly kill us. Because those who knew the secret of 8 items must be killed .

Premises 3: Kinzo made muiltiple moves as per possibility 1 and failed.

Premises 4: Kinzo couldn't kill us.

Premises 5: Kinzo knew there are poeple other than him who knew the secret.

Premises 6: Everyone who knew the secret must be killed

Conclusion: So Kinzo wouldn't give us the ring as he knew the secret. But he had failed in his attempt. Still Kinzo won't give up on us and try to kill us in every possible scenario while risking his own son Chico.

So both of these possibilities and the actions lead by this possibilities are seen clearly. As we know both me and Kai were ambushed on the stadium, tricked by fake fings and micro trackers and we were being chased by killers and drones. From the possibilities and actions and observations we can say that hypothesis 2 was true all along and Kinzo knew the secret. That's the main purpose I revealed that I only wanted the two rings."

Shaya asked , " Okay, let's consider that Kinzo attacked you and Kai. But what if this attack was also a part of hypothesis 1, possibility 3 ??"

" It wouldn't be. Kinzo wasn't a stupid man and he would consider benefits and make decisions logically above everything. If he really didn't know the secrets of 8 items he wouldn't risk using fake rings, drones and killers to attack us. Specially he wouldn't use fake rings as from his POV, fake rings would provoke his son's kidnappers and risk his son's life. Okay let me ask Shaya, why do you think Kinzo would take these risks if he didn't know the secrets ? Based on unknown rings, Kinzo wouldn't take risks as he knew he would provoke his enemy. But if Kinzo knows the secret of 8 items, he would definitely take this risk."

" But why would Kinzo take this risk even if he knew the secret?"

" Earlier the decision I made by revealing I only wanted two rings, I had already informed him that I knew a secret. As I knew the secret he knew that I needed those two rings. Let's consider that Kinzo knew this secret. So, from hypothesis 1 Kinzo's POV would be different because of unknown information. But from Hypothesis 2, Kinzo would definitely figure out that we needed the rings and as long as we need something from him, we can't kill or hurt his son. As Kinzo knew the value of two rings, he could easily use the value while risking his son. Because this time the information would be known to him . From his POV his enemy would also know the value of two rings.

In simple,

Kinzo possess an unknown treasure and we need that. So we kidnapped his son but Kinzo's treasure was more important to him and both he and we knew the value of it. So, Kinzo was basically using his high valued treasure to attack our NEEDS . As his treasure was more important than his son, we can't attack him using his son as his NEEDS.

That's how I confirmed that Kinzo knew the secret.

But if he didn't know the secret, it would be like this :

' Kinzo possessed an unknown treasure but don't know the value of it. We kidnapped his son and asked for the exchange. As Kinzo didn't know the value of the treasure, he would value his son higher than the unknown treasure and give it away to take back his son. Even if he made moves against us he wouldn't make major risks. It's like we are attacking his NEEDS but he doesn't know our NEEDS .'

But we all know what happened which had proven that Kinzo knew the secret of 8 items."

Shaya asked , " So, Hypothesis 2 is right. What if Kinzo abandoned his son ?"

Ronin replied, " That would be a ruthless move against us. As hypothesis 2 is true even if Kinzo abandoned his son, Kinzo would come after us. Why ? Basically everyone who knew the secret must die. Therefore Kinzo abandoning his son would only be a strategical move . It wouldn't change the fact that we are his enemies after all."

Shaya asked , "What if Kinzo abandoned his son even though he didn't know the secret from hypothesis 1?"

Kai replied this time , "Kinzo isn't an idiot who would abandon his son because of two unknown objects."
