Chapter 1Price X Y/N

The air in the small, dimly-lit office was thick with tension. Captain Price sat at his desk, the light from the computer casting shadows across his rugged features. He was going over mission plans, a notebook filled with scribbles and tactical drawings open before him. He had spent years in the field, developing a thick skin and an unwavering sense of duty, yet there was something about Y/N that softened him in a way he had never expected.

Y/N had joined the team a few months prior, the only woman in an elite unit of soldiers. She was smart, quick on her feet, but painfully shy, often retreating into herself when the banter of the men turned too rough. Price admired her resilience, and beneath the layers of team camaraderie, he felt a connection brewing—a silent acknowledgment of something unspoken between them.

One quiet evening, after a particularly long day of training exercises, Y/N, feeling a strange urge to confront her feelings, decided to visit Price's office. She hesitated outside the door, heart pounding in her chest. The thought of him stirred something within her—a mix of admiration and longing that had been building over time.

She took a deep breath and opened the door, stepping inside without thinking. What she saw sent her heart racing. Price sat in his chair, the dim light throwing shadows across his chiseled jawline. He looked caught in a moment of vulnerability, his hand moving in a way that activated a heat in the pit of her stomach she had never known before. It was an overwhelming wave of desire that crashed over her, making her breathless. She felt an urge to close the door and step closer, to explore what that pull meant.

He hadn't noticed her at first, lost in his own rhythm, but as the door clicked shut behind her, he looked up, his eyes widening in surprise. The air in the room shifted, thickening with an undeniable tension. Price's gaze traveled down her body, and for a moment, they were locked in an understanding that transcended words."Y/N," he said, his voice a mixture of shock and something else—something darker, more instinctual.

"What are you doing here?" She swallowed hard, suddenly aware of how vulnerable she felt, yet an unfamiliar boldness swirled within her. "I... I wanted to talk," she managed, her voice barely above a whisper. But the sight of him, the way he composed himself, and the intensity in his eyes ignited something primal inside her. Price leaned back in his chair, the hint of a smirk tugging at his lips.

"About what? Seems like you walked in on something private." His teasing tone only heightened the flames of embarrassment and arousal coursing through her. "I didn't mean to interrupt," she stammered, heat rushing to her cheeks.

"I just... I thought... I don't know." The energy in the room crackled dangerously, and she could see the shift in his demeanor—his previous surprise giving way to an undeniable hunger.

"You know, Y/N," he said, leaning forward, "you don't always have to hide. It's okay to want things."Her breath hitched in her throat, the weight of his words sinking in as she took a step closer. The space between them felt electric, charged with an unspeakable tension. Y/N's heart raced as she ventured into uncharted territory, her body responding instinctively to his presence.

"I... I want you," she whispered, her cheeks burning with the admission.

The confession hung in the air like a tangible thing, and Price's gaze darkened with desire. "Then let me show you what that means," he replied, his voice low and inviting. In that moment, everything else faded away. The mission, the squad, the rules that governed their lives—all of it became irrelevant.

Y/N stepped forward, her heart pounding in rhythm with the building storm of emotions between them. No longer just Captain and subordinate, but something raw, something electric that pulled them toward one another, ready to discover the depths of their connection.

NieR Automata: Life's Meaning

In the face of the impending extinction of the human race, initiatives such as Project Gestalt and Project Snow White were believed by those involved to be the key to humanity's salvation. There were many more like it, all making use of the mysterious energy known as maso along with other elements foreign to their dimension. Project APEX, or the Augmented Progression of Evolutionary Xenobiology, was a privately funded venture that took a far different approach. Instead of using elements not native to the dimension Earth resided in, researchers attempted to synthesis a human carrying artificial genes derived from native biological material that displayed an innate resistance to maso. Humanity was wiped out long before any could see the result of the experiment but that didn't mean it never bore fruit. Abruptly awakened from a lifelong slumber with nothing but an AI as company, the young man born from the experiment takes on the name Apex and emerges from an underground lab unsure of what the future holds. *** art by...huh, I think the original artist might've taken down their account or the information I have is outdated so I'm not sure how to credit it. I'll just put my trust in the reddit post and say its from a X(twitter) user formerly known as @09_Ziezzzzz. Allegedly. I see some people put update schedule information here so I'll do the same. My current work contract plus schooling on the side keeps me pretty busy and since this is mostly me dipping my toe into something my friends do, I can't say I'm fully serious or anything like that about writing. I'm think three updates a week at most? That probably pushing it so two is the safe bet. As for the time of these updates, probably near the start of the week since those are my slowest days. Plus this won't be my only story so we'll just have to wait and see how I do. Update schedule currently looking like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and an extra one over the weekends if powerstone goals are hit.

God of Internet

Adrian, a 21-year-old game developer, had just graduated from college with a guaranteed position at one of the country's largest game development companies, but instead of his dream coming true, it ended in a car accident after his graduation party. When he woke up, Adrian found himself in the body of a 17-year-old high school student. To his surprise, this guy wasn't graduating from an ordinary school, but from one of the gods! Having taken over the body of a young god, Adrian had thousands of ideas on how to use his divinity of creativity to get as many believers as possible. Adrian realized a great way to get thousands of believers quickly. "Can't I use my deity to make games and ask for prayers for believers to play my games? Do my believers need something to fight monsters with? I'll make Tamagochi Pokemons so they can summon monsters to fight for them! Do a red fire dragon, a blue water turtle, and a green plant frog look familiar? It's just a coincidence. Is my believer's technology too weak? What changes can an intelligent AI assistant bring to people's lives? When the God of Thunder decided to invade the realm of my believers, the creatures he encountered left him speechless. "The God of Creativity wasn't weak? Where did so many powerful monsters come from?" The God of Thunder cried out in despair. "I'm no longer the God of Creativity, I'm now the God of the Internet!" Adrian said with a smile as he ordered his followers to attack the enemy army. From the young god with the weakest and most underestimated divinity in the class, who no one believed could graduate, to the god the other gods can only look up to. This is the journey of Adrian, the God of the Internet. What to expect: - A God MC. - MC introducing modern things to a medieval world. - LitRPG elements. - Kingdom Building.
