My Tiny Wolf

The wolf's promise should be trusted as it will not be broken. Elestria once made a promise to Lusi. Until then, she had not done anything to write a letter to her.

It wasn't that Elestria didn't want to. She told Lusi she would work in the palace. If she sent a letter from where she was at the time, Lusi would know she was lying all along.

Elestria felt bad. Moreover, the cold weather wasn't getting any warmer. She was getting uncomfortable.

"You want something, little brown wolf?"

She looked down. Dev's ears twitched with every step. They were triangular and blunt on top. Thick white fur kept his ears warm.

"It's cold," she complained.

Elestria sat on Dev's back. Next to her, Daphne sat on the back of a black wolf. They strolled towards the north.

"Should we rest?" Daphne suggested. She smiled amusedly at Elestria being a ball under her thick jacket.
