Am I Not Warm?

The meat steak was a great dinner that day. It took an hour for Daphne to cook it and three hungry people.

Elestria had never eaten steak before. She was excited after a plate of steak with a thick, brown sauce on top came to her.

They ate in peace.

Dinner was over. It was bedtime. There were two rooms in the house. Previously, Elestria and Wan had each occupied a room by themselves. After Daphne arrived, only Elestria slept alone. That night, they had Gideon's arrival.

She stood outside the room. She was hugging a pillow in a nightgown and socks. 

Wan passed in front of her. "Lady, what are you doing here?"

"I'm inviting Daphne to sleep in my room."

The innocent reply sounded funny. Wan smiled. "Daphne is with me. You're with Lord."

Elestria shook her head.

Daphne walked over to them. Her hands were slightly wet from washing the utensils. She stood looking at them in turn. She asked, "What's wrong?"
