There's a traitor among us.

Going outside the house, the two women walked a short but good distance away from it, so they can't be heard.

"Was it necessary to leave the house entirely?" Soo-Min asked.

"Eavesdropping is such a regular-person activity! it's even more regular for Joel.

He shouldn't be able to hear us from here." Lydia explained, there was a hint of anger in her voice that Soo-Min felt she was responsible for.

"Okay, I understand...But what's going on with you?" Soo-Min Asked.

"I just realized something." Lydia replied.

"What did you realize?" Soo-Min asked, "Joel has a talent for finding out secrets.

he'll start digging about your sister, and he could use that secret against the both of us.

Lucky for us though, Joel is a man despite everything, and his sexual desires get the best of him...for now.

Which is why you need to keep him interested in you, it should be easy since you're interested in him too.

Hopefully this would throw him off of your scent, enough for us to do something about your Troublemaker sister before things get serious between you two." Lydia said.

Confused, "I don't like Joel romantically if that's what you mean by 'interested'.

I'm just being nice to him for a bunch of reasons, I mean the guy saved my life."Soo-Min replied.

Taken by surprise for the first time in a long time, "Hold on, You're not doing all of that cooking and smiling and corny behavior you've been doing around him because you like the Guy?" Lydia asked.

"Well to be fair, he is interesting and sexy! I mean I'd definitely tango with him, but not fall in love?

When it comes to an actual partner for me, I'm looking for a man or even a woman that's boring and none toxic, and definitely someone that doesn't do crime, at least not anymore!

And most importantly, someone that my princess would like too, and Joel isn't really Seong-Min's cup of coffee.

I admit Joel is sweet and all, and dating him doesn't sound bad of a deal but I don't see him as my end game!

However because he's going out of his way to help me, Saved my life and got my sister off my back for a while, I feel obligated to return the favor, and since it's obvious he got his eyes set on me, I'm using him for my own gain while paying him back for his own kindness at the same time." Soo-Min explained so casually, Lydia had to raise an eyebrow.

But soon enough her confusion turned into understanding, " Well that makes things easier! for a second I thought you were charmed by the guy and your feelings might get hurt by using him!

I suppose I was shortsighted, I knew you were his type but I didn't stop to think that he wasn't yours." Lydia replied smiling.

"You're happy that I don't have feelings for him? why?" Soo-min Asked.

"Forget it...I'm glad you're not too emotionally involved with him...it's better that way.

Anyways focus on protecting your secret because if it comes out, mine is bond to follow! and the last thing I need is getting blackmailed by him." Lydia replied.

"Wait, you serious? Joel will blackmail us if he finds out?" Soo-Min asked, "Yes, Even if he likes you, there's no telling what Joel would make you do if he knows your secret.

That is why I've been drugging your sister and her driver constantly, and why I just placed my cat in the basement after finding out Joel is allergic.

I want him to stay away from those two as much as possible, and not get a chance to talk to them until we can get rid of them, both!" Lydia explained.

"Get rid of?! I'm not killing Her! I promised to leave that life behind when I had my princess! I can kick her ass but killing her?! NO!" Soo-Min replied angrily.

"Get rid, not Kill! I understand how important your sister's survival is for you, and although her death would serve me greatly...

I have a feeling that killing her now would be a bad choice and it'll make things worse, the fact She's kidnapped itself could've already triggered some action somewhere that we don't know about." Lydia said.

"By getting rid off, you mean like move her out of Joel's house?" Soo-Min asked.

"Exactly! the longer she stays the more suspicious Joel will get, he'll sniff a secret and chase it like a dog, and if Joel knows, Radka will know." Lydia replied.

"I see, you have a Point." Soo-Min said, then she thought for a second before she spoke again, "Hey, it's not too late for you to tell Radka about my sister, in fact if you tell her now, this could benefit you a lot.

Why are you holding back? Are you afraid of telling Radka?" Soo-Min asked suspiciously.

"As her girl I'm supposed to work only for Radka.

However even while working for her, I still took jobs outside her circle, which wasn't so welcome by her, but she didn't stop me.

When your sister commissioned me, Radka was already on edge, after Nikolai publicly received those death threats, Radka became more paranoid, less trusting and scarily aggressive with all of her girls.

And worse...At the same time, there was a number of strange disappearances happening among Radka's girls, which sparked a scary rumor that Radka herself tried to squash because this rumor spreading more, could cause panic and distressed among the girls, making it difficult for them to trust and work with each others.

That rumor, is an added reason why I couldn't tell Radka what happened." Lydia explained.

"What rumor?" Soo-Min asked, "That there's a traitor among us, preying on Radka's most vulnerable of girls." Lydia replied.

...Meanwhile...

"Jin...Jin!...JIN!"

"Huh?! what?" Jin was startled when Rushil shouted all of the sudden.

"Hey? What's going on with you?! I know you're quite the introvert, but I hope you're not being quiet because of me, I thought we're getting along." Rushil said questioning Jin's lack of enthusiasm.

"Oh no! I'm sorry, I guess I'm ruining the mood for everyone today.

It's just that I'm a little bit worried about Minnie, that's all." Jin replied as he helped Rushil around in the kitchen.

The two were busy working on making food together, but Jin's gloominess began bothering Rushil terribly, "Why are you worried about her? is it because of her mom?"

"That and other things...honestly I wanted to speak to Radka about this, I was going to wake her up but then I thought that would be too cruel... she looked tired and I may be overreacting." Jin replied.

"You can ease your mind by talking to me?"

"Umm...I've been trying to call Minnie for a while now, it's just that she's not responding to any of my calls or text messages, she hasn't logged in into any of her account since yesterday.

Her phone just keeps on ringing, until it reaches her voicemail." Jin said, "I see, that's very unusual of her but since she's dealing with her mother at the moment, Did you take in the possibility that maybe she was ignoring you? or didn't want to talk?" Rushil asked.

"I promised her that I would call her and see if she made it! and she told me that even if I didn't call her, she'll make sure to call me once she's dealt with her mother!

so I have two options, either I wait for her to call back before I do anything, or I do something about it now." Jin replied.

"You may not be completely overreacting... if you truly believe that Minnie's lack of response is a bad sign, you should tell Radka as soon as possible." Rushil said in a serious tone, it somewhat peaked Jin's curiosity and made him worry even more.

"When you say I'm not completely overreacting...is there a reason behind that?" Jin asked.

Sighing, "Radka would probably be mad that I even spoke about this, let alone told you about it...but yeah there's a reason." Rushil replied.

"Please tell me!"

"You're really worried, huh..."

"Yeah..."

"Fine I'll tell you."

...Few minutes later...

"The girls think it's a rumor but Radka's believes it's no coincidence... judging by all the weird coincidences and similarities in those incidents, it is obvious that there is someone highly professional targeting Radka's girls.

And knowing how secure our system is, it could only be someone on the inside that's doing all of this." Rushil said.

"Are you sure these girls are even alive?! how come girls start disappearing one by one and you guys just brushed it off!" Jin replied.

"We didn't brush it off dumbass! I made sure that Radka had it investigated, but we couldn't treat it like it was a serious problem either, there was no evidence of foul-play, the girls weren't found dead or alive!

And since the number of the girls suspected to be missing because of the traitor is small, and with no Foul-play evidence, we treated it as just a rumor, The last thing we needed was mass-hysteria among the girls.

As for the missing girls, What I've put together is that, they have things in common, like they always disappear in the same exact fashion.

Carrying some money, belongings, and last seen driving, plus they often show signs that they wanted to quit working before disappearing, which is why many just assume they've just ran-off when they disappeared.

We kept this analysis a secret, We didn't want to scare off the other girls, it's enough scary to join our business, let alone quit!

And it doesn't help that a business like ours is a difficult one to quit from, especially the part where you tell your boss that you want out.

So it happened in the past that some girls chose to run away without a warning instead of confronting Radka first." Rushil explained, "And Though I understand why this is worrisome, if Minnie did ended-up disappearing, it would be a big problem for everyone.

But I doubt she'd disappear or even quit, Minnie love her job, she wouldn't wanna quit on her own and I don't think the traitor would Target her.

She's Radka's favorite after all." he added smiling.

Rushil wasn't all too worried when he explained the rumor to Jin, he knew Minnie long enough to believe she's just ignoring Jin's calls, but his explanation made Jin chill to the bone.

"What you just said about the missing girls Rushil, their general description just matched Minnie's...oh no!" Jin spoke up.

"You can't be serious? now you're overreacting!" Rushil said chuckling, "You don't understand! Minnie supposedly went to her mother while driving her own car! with suitcases and money, she's a perfect target!

This could be the traitor's work!" Jin replied.

"Do I have to repeat myself?! Our Traitor picked on girls that were going to quit soon, and these girls told people about it!... that's a category that Minnie doesn't fit in." Rushil argued.

"Unfortunately for you guys, she does fit in." Jin argued back.

"Wait you mean Minnie said she'd quit? but she never said that to Radka and she always tells her everything?" Rushil questioned.

"Only this time she didn't, you said it yourself it could be scary for anyone to join in let alone quit.

in the end Minnie was scared to confront Radka about quitting, so she confided in me and other people.

And apparently... if the traitor really does exist, then Minnie might've already spoken with this traitor prior to her leaving about her plans.

Which also means, that the traitor's someone she trusted enough to talk to about quitting." Jin explained, "Who could This traitor be?... they even knew she went to her mom!" he added making Rushil's face turn pale.

"We're waking Radka...Now!"
