Ella removed her makeup and stepped out of the restroom.

Jovienne caught sight of Ella's beauty and was momentarily stunned.

So beautiful.

How could there be such a beautiful woman?

She had been quite confident in her own looks, but compared to Ella standing before her, she felt utterly inferior.

Ella walked up to Alexander and extended her hand.

"What's this about?" Alexander asked, frowning slightly.

"Coming out of the Fiery Mountains, you must have gained quite a haul, right? I've come all this way with you, and even if I haven't contributed much, I've certainly endured a lot. You ought to share some of that with me," Ella stated boldly.

"It was your choice to follow, I didn't invite you, so what hardships are you talking about?" Alexander raised an eyebrow and retorted.

"So, you mean to give me nothing?" Ella widened her eyes, questioning him.

"Of course." Alexander replied.
