After resolving the misunderstanding, Sun Yi and Lu Xia returned to their room. To their surprise, Feng Yumeng actually stayed in the same inn and lived beside them.

No wonder Feng Yumeng was so hostile toward Sun Yi and Lu Xia.

It was too good to be a coincidence. 

Sun Yi and Feng Yumeng awkwardly stared at each other as they held the doorknob of their rented room. 

"Well, good night, Young Lady Feng." Sun Yi coughed while entering his room. 

Feng Yumeng stared at the disappearing Sun Yi and replied, "You too, Young Master Yi." 

Feng Yumeng also noticed that Sun Yi must be from a noble clan because his mannerisms are too refined. So, the way she called him was formal. 

After that, Feng Yumeng entered the room and locked the room. 

She flopped on her bed and mumbled, "Lu Yi, huh? What an interesting person." 

Unknown to Sun Yi, Feng Yumeng becomes curious about him.

Well, Sun Yi was too tired to care.

Today, Sun Yi fought with too many wilderness lizards and got beaten horribly. Not to mention the travel, his physical and mental state aren't good. 

Sun Yi dropped to the bed and immediately fell asleep.

Lu Xia shook her head and placed Sun Yi in a comfortable position to sleep. She also took off his shoes and opened a few buttons off his clothes so he wouldn't get too hot during the night. 

After tucking him in a blanket, Lu Xia takes off her shoes and lies beside Sun Yi. The room only has one bed, so they have to share, which Lu Xia doesn't mind.

Lu Xia brushed Sun Yi's golden hair before smiling and falling asleep.

Sun Yi awakened by suffocating softness. His eyes widened because Lu Xia was hugging him tightly.

"Xia, wake up." 

"I'm dying!" 

Lu Xia only woke up one minute later, making it the most intense moment of Sun Yi's life because he felt he could go to heaven anytime.

Well, he was in heaven.

Lu Xia profusely apologized for her lack of decency. She also blushed hard because she got too carried away. 

'Ever since yesterday night, hugging the Sixth Prince has been very comfortable.' Lu Xia thought to herself.

"It's okay. Let's get breakfast or something." Sun Yi forgives Lu Xia quickly because she couldn't control herself in her sleep. She's probably trying to find a sense of comfort.

"Mm." Lu Xia responded with a hum.

They tidied their clothes and went to the 1st floor, ordering the breakfast menu of the inn.

As they sat down, Sun Yi overheard some people talking about merchants coming to the Earth Hunting City last night and bringing some new and rare goods. 

Sun Yi was interested because he could have found rare treasures from these merchants with his potential value scanners. 

With that in mind, Sun Yi told Lu Xia to hold their journey until noon to see what the merchants had. Lu Xia could only agree to his words helplessly as they weren't late on their schedules anyway.

They could reach the East Border in three to four days.

Yup, they have some free time.

And just like that, Sun Yi had another encounter.

"Ack!" Sun Yi and Feng Yumeng stopped by the same stall.

"Fancy to meet you here, Young Lady Feng." Sun Yi greeted with a twitching mouth.

"Likewise." Feng Yumeng responded with an amused look.

"Is Young Master Yi interested in rare goods like these?" 

'Why did you make it sound like I'm a haughty young master.' Sun Yi couldn't help but complain.

Sun Yi maintained a poker face and replied, "Well, I just want to see if there are things that could catch my interest." 

"Is that so?" Feng Yumeng's eyes twinkled.

"Why don't we check the bazaar together then?" 

Sun Yi glanced at Lu Xia and saw her expression look very calm. He nodded and agreed with Feng Yumeng's proposal.

'Why did the Sixth Princess agree? This girl is up to no good!' Lu Xia was speechless. Well, Sun Yi can't read minds.

Sun Yi, Lu Xia, and Feng Yumeng explored the bazaar together. 

They bought random items like rocks and unknown pills.

However, Sun Yi bought sealed spatial storage such as spatial rings and necklaces because they contained treasures, and he could determine them with the potential value scanner.

In fact, Sun Yi made 500% profits by the amount of treasures he gets in this bazaar. 

After walking for an hour, they rested near a fruit vendor who made mixed fruit juice and ordered refreshing drinks. Lu Xia and Feng Yumeng sat on the bench while Sun Yi fiddled with his loot.

Feng Yumeng slowly sipped her drink and commented, "Young Master Yi really likes antics, huh? You do know that most of those sealed spatial storages are scams." 

"Some shady merchants usually dug graveyards and robbed from the dead. You might find cursed items instead." 

Sun Yi smirked and taunted, "What if I prove you wrong, Young Lady Feng?" 

Feng Yumeng pursed her lips, "Then, I will tell you a big secret about the Earth Hunting City." 

"That's fine, I guess." Sun Yi shrugged in agreement. He picked one of the sealed spatial rings, biting his thumbs to drop blood on it. 

Lu Xia and Feng Yumeng raised their brows. And then, their eyes widened in disbelief. 

They watched Sun Yi pulling out a small thumb-sized translucent white crystal with silk-like cracks inside. 

"P-Primal Qi Stone..." 

"How could a random sealed spatial ring from shady merchants have it??"

"Young Master Yi, are you playing tricks on us?" 

Sun Yi shook his head gently and returned calmly, "Sister Xia handled all my money. Also, don't you realize I've been buying things with 1,000 gold coins you gave me last night?"

"This spatial ring has fifty low-grade Primal Qi Stone, which is a decent haul for me as I bought it for fifty gold coins." 

"..." Lu Xia.

"..." Feng Yumeng. 

Sun Yi didn't tell them there are two martial techniques within the spatial ring, or else the ladies would have been more shocked. He laughed inside because he still had many spatial storages he hadn't checked yet.

"Oh, come on. You can lower the price to three hundred golds." A pleading voice echoed in the bazaar.

"This thing is rubbish anyway." 

It caught everyone's attention as they spotted a green-robbed youth with a battle ax on his back. 

Feng Yumeng frowned because she recognized this voice, "That annoying guy again." 

"Zhao Kai." 

"Isn't he supposed to be your acquaintance?" Sun Yi couldn't help but question the young lady.

Feng Yumeng snorted, "He's nothing but a persistent guy. We met in the hunting ground, and he started challenging me left and right." 

"Yeah, that does sound annoying." Lu Xia chimed in.

"You have no idea." Feng Yumeng sighed while finishing her drink. 

Sun Yi saw Zhao Kai failed to negotiate with the merchant and looked depressed. He rubbed his chin and followed Zhao Kai's gaze around the stall.

He used a potential value scanner and grinned inside, 'As expected of the protagonist. His luck is borderline insane.' 

Zhao Kai is currently browsing on the lower end of the goods. He spotted a rusty iron plate and was ready to buy it.

However, Sun Yi suddenly appeared and waved his hand at the merchant with a smile, "Boss, how much for the rusty iron plate?" 

"That trash? One hundred gold coins." The merchant replied as he clearly tried to rip Sun Yi off.

Zhao Kai heard the insane price and chuckled bitterly, 'One hundred gold coins? Haha, you must be kidding me. So expensive for trash, why don't you rob the Broken Moon Sect instead if you dare!'

He gave Sun Yi a pitiful look and thought, 'Aih, this poor guy is going to get scammed.' 

Zhao Kai sighed and walked away without noticing Sun Yi's calculative look.

Sun Yi felt relieved that Zhao Kai didn't fight over the rusty iron plate with him. He stared at the merchant and haggled, "Boss, one hundred is too expensive."

"I only have fifty gold coins left. What do you think?" 

The merchant stubbornly countered, "Young Man, that rusty iron plate is from an ancient tomb. You don't know how hard it is for me to part away with it."

"One hundred is the bare minimum." 

"Sixty." 

"One hundred!" 

"Seventy." 

"Still, one hundred!"

"E-Eighty!" Sun Yi put on a depressed look.

The merchant raised his index finger and shook it, "No." 

Sun Yi gritted his teeth, "Ninety, but you must give me that weird-looking knife beside you..." 

"Deal!" The merchant grinned. He grabbed the rusty iron plate and weird-looking knife on the counter.

Sun Yi indifferently grabbed a leather pouch from his belt and threw it to the merchant. The merchant also packed the goods and handed them to Sun Yi. 

'Hehehe, another foolish little brat!' The merchant laughed maniacally inside. "It was a pleasure doing business with you." 

"Yeah, whatever." Sun Yi waved his hand and returned to Lu Xia and Feng Yumeng's side, pulling the rusty iron plate. 

"Heh." Sun Yi looked at the rusty iron plate with a sharp glint.

"To think I can steal the protagonist's lucky encounter."
