16. MEMORIES TO MAKE

we planned to skip the college today and spend some quality time together. I asked him " are you ready?" " think again rose!" he said I smiled. we were in the back garden of the university with was locked so we jumped from it because in the corner there was a broken wall which was opposite to university gate and was quite place. i was on the wall I jumped to the other side and soon arlen jumped " wow you jumped smooth like professional. " I said laughing he looked at me and smiled i took his hands into mine and started walking. we went to nearby park which was empty at this time. I roamed in the garden then played. we talked about how our childhood was it was the most beautiful day of my life. then we went to the sae facing area and sat there i was looking at the sea " don't you think sea is the beautiful creation of nature." I said " why so?" arlen asked i looked at him then again started looking at the sea i said " it has many creatures and plants inside it and even take everything we put into it still after having so much into it. know matter what it shines and gives peace it shows every wave is new opportunity new way of thinking." " ohh god your philosophy I didn't understand but sounds great." he commented I laughed and looked at him he pull out some packet from his pocket and pulled out a cigarette then he lighted it and looked at me " since when? " i asked " past three years when i met neon." he said " but i am trying to leave this habit trust me." I nodded then said " let me try " he smiled and offered me " careful,!" he said I took a long sip " exhale! exhale! " arlen said I was not able to and started coughing then laughed and said " i told you to be careful now no need to try." he threw it and took my face in his hands " are you okay?" I nodded and he started looking into my eyes it was fill with tears due to the ike of cigarette he pulled me closer i took my hands on his face on his hairs. I closed my eyes and felt the warmth of his near my lips I leaned forward but then suddenly he moved back " I think we should leave even college has ended an hour ago your family would be worried." saying this he stood straight abd adjusted his clothes i was shocked by his sudden reaction but i remembered his conversation in morning I thought "let it be he is in trauma because of his parents." I stood too and we left.

we dropped me home and I entered and went to my room i was continuously thinking about the whole day i did so many things which i never thought I will I bunked the college, tried cigarette and was roaming out. I was giggling looking at me in the mirror. soon kate arrived in the room and said " gid someone is really happy whats the matter whats so special. " i looked at her and hugged her tightly which made her fall on the bed. " ohh god rose you will surely break my bones and wait a minute what this smell." she said sniffing " you had cigarette. " " I tried once today does it smells." I said worrying " ohh god what things you keep doing do one thing brush your teeth then have these mouth freshener. " she saud giving me some mouth freshners from her bag " thats why you have this?" I said laughing " shut up I am not like you its because i like it " i smiled and went inside the restroom. I changed into night dress and came out. kate was not in the room i rushed down stairs she was on the dinning table I joined her and she smiled i had my lunch and helped mother in the kitchen work. in evening I left for the academy and went to the garage first neon was working on some car he said " hey rose whats up." I waved him he said " come sit how is your preparation for dance is going?" " great by now its in the end of this week. " I said cheerfully " you will call arlen I wish even i would see." he said making innocent face " stop acting you know that i met you first then arlen so i will get passes for both of you." i laughed and said " but where is arlen? " he didn't came at bus stop so i came here." " he didn't arrived here." I nodded then said " okay neon i will leave then and if he reach here tell him not to pick me up because i am going with my friends and please ask him to repair his phone or buy new one." he chucked and nodded i waved him bye and left. I reached academy and started my practice I was feeling happy and light so my steps were going smooth too I was doing my best. I was excited for the event.
