POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE

Lilith looked into his eyes, then smiled and said,"Thank you for telling me."

He didn't know whether to feel guilty or relieved for telling her.

He had wanted to tell Lilith about what I said for days, but didn't want to ruin her relationship with her father, even if it meant lying to her, but he was so confused.

He the decided to tell her, and instead told her that he had feelings for her.

She hugged him then left and I appeared right behind him then said,"Boo."

He jumped in his seat then looked back at me then said,"Mr Oppong, please how may I help you?"

"You could help me to a woman."I said.

He gulped then frowned and asked,"Sir, with all due respect, why are you doing this? Why are you hurting your family, especially Lilith so? They've done nothing but give you the unconditional love they believed you deserved, but now I'm beginning to think they were wrong."

I looked at him sternly then burst out laughing and said,"You passed the test! I thought you'd tell Lilith to save your skin but you rather tried to find out the details, spoken like a true Braid, you may date my daughter,oh and one more thing, speak to me like that again and I rip you apart, limb from limb with your life prolonged."

He gasped as I laughed then asked,"Why are you so serious?! Can't you get a joke?"

I then vanished, leaving him with his thoughts as he smiled then looked up.

Alexa yelled for the kids to hurry up and get ready to go to the camp as the boys were fighting over who went to the Whitehouse and didn't flush.

Catherine walked down the stairs, fully dressed but Alexa was surprised, it was usually her first and most responsible child who got ready first.

She served Catherine her breakfast then went to look for Nicky, but found her crouched in the bathroom and sobbing to herself.

Alexa gasped then asked what was wrong, but all she did was call her name and cry in her arms.

Alexa hugged her then asked her why she was crying again, she pulled back then said,"Remember back at the scarps, those kids my siblings and I used to play with? Well, I found out I had a crush on one."

"Really?"

"Yes but he...he..."

"What did he do, honey?"

"He's engaged to another girl, to a princess who is way out of my league."

Alexa was silent for a few seconds before saying,"You know, it's not always what we plan goes ahead to happen the way we planned it but...did he like you back?"

"...I think so."

"Liar!"Ricky yelled.

"He was head over heels for you!"Micky yelled.

Turns out, Curtis had solved the problem of who plopped without popping...it was their Squeakie Snowball.

Alexa chuckled but Nicky seemed worse as Alexa kissed her forehead then said,"Then I'll make sure to do everything in my power to reunite you two."

Nicky looked at her mother and asked if she was serious and she nodded.

Alek had been meditating in the ninth dimension for three hours now, just thinking to himself.

He didn't know why, but he had a feeling something big was happening soon, and bad.

He didn't know what it was, and even looking into the future didn't help, because he saw nothing, the entire future was blurry as in undecided and that had never happened before, so he tried futilely higher dimensions, till the ninth.

He stood up from the seat that had materialized for him then disintegrated it with a thought, he had spent too long there.

He appeared besides my mom, who was soundly asleep and he was confused as she had slept for two days.

He touched her forehead and realized she had a burning fever, he called for Jessica or Lilith, his only nieces who could do the job but they weren't around.

Lilith was definitely out with her new boyfriend and Jessica was probably being the third wheel.

He groaned then looked for her in the fifth dimension, cloning himself so he could be everywhere at once, as he thought, he found both of them in a park...with Damien.

He rematerialized then landed in their midst then yelled for them to listen, so loud,.the three got a headache.

Of course Jessica beat him up for that, but it was worth it.

Lilith asked him what he needed then he said,"My mom's really sick and she needs your help."

Lilith smiled at Jessica, who then rolled her eyes then said,"You're an idiot, she's pregnant."

' What?... ' He thought.

"It's been that way for a week."Damien said.

"But why didn't she tell me?"Alek asked, hurt.

"Because she also doesn't know, bird brain."Jessica said.

"I'm gonna be a big brother, that's what's wrong! Yes!!"

"Wait, what do you mean something is wrong?"Damien asked.

"I don't know, I've just been having this feeling that something was wrong and for some reason I couldn't look into the future."

Damien then got serious then said he had to go, Lilith was confused but he kissed her on the nose then flew away then Jessica frowned at Alek and vented all her anger on him by smacking the back of his head, hard, making his brain jiggle in his cranium painfully with her lights.

Thirteen years ago...

"Push!!!"A doctor yelled.

"Aaah! I can't do it!!"A woman yelled.

"One more try, they're almost out, push!"

She pushed again but it was unsuccessful, the doctors had to perform a caesarian session on her as she had burst a major blood vessel and one of the babies was being choked by his own umbilical cord.

There was a squeal as a baby cried a long while later and the ground shook violently, but Rhoda didn't care about the tremor, she just wanted to see her twins.

The doctor ordered the nurses to go and clean them up, which they did, but the nurses came up with a sullen expression.

Rhoda, who was on the brink of death for how much blood she lost, tried to look at her babies from her half closed eyes.

The doctor hated telling a dying mother that one of her twins had died, but he had no other choice.

She told Rhoda the news, but she didn't react...she was dead.

The doctor had tears in his eyes as he took the living baby boy to their father, who was anxiously waiting in the corridor, when he saw just one baby he was confused, but was devastated when he was told the news.

He pushed past the doctors to see his wife then burst into tears on the floor and threw everything out of order, he caused such chaos in the room he had to be tranquilized and taken out.

The female baby's body was being taken to the morgue alongside her mother's when the baby grabbed the nurses hand tightly.

She gasped, started and screamed when her mother just stood up and scratched her across the face with her nails.

The baby stood on her feet with death in her eyes as her mother killed.the nurse, there and then, then the baby stretched its arm towards a wall, where a woman in her seventies was caressing her husband's cheek, who was five years older.

He woke up abruptly from his unconscious state then started struggling for breath as his eyes became blood red.

The woman screamed for help but by the time it arrived, he was dead.

She screamed his name and cried as she destroyed everything in sight, they could have saved him, but they didn't.

She threw the defrilibrators over, shocking a doctor in the thigh instead, her blood pressure arose so high that, she got a heart attack then fell down, bashing her head on to the table of equipment, spreading blood all over the floor.

The baby stretched her arms to either side of her body as screams echoed from every corner of the room, the baby stretched her arm towards a wall and a mighty tremor crushed it and half the hospital, while the other half burst into flames, then the baby floated down the rubble with her undead mother...

When the boy's father took him home, he realized something that made him confused, everyone was obeying every rule, traffic regulations, jaywalking rules, curfews, everything.

In a military ruled nation like his, this was unusual.

People were also crying for joy as hospitals talked about mistakes they made regarding their dead loved ones, who were simply in comas and were now alive and well.

Frank felt awful that nothing like that happened to him, he was so lost in thought, he didn't pay attention to the road but when he did look back, he saw all the drivers were waiting for him, patiently, without beeping their horns.

He just walked into his house to take care of his son, who was the healthiest and happiest looking child he had ever seen.

He named his son, Cloud, because he reminded him of his Father up there's love for him.

Frank took a gun with him on his way to the shop for some supplies, but he wasn't robbed this time, neither did he need to bring extra money for being cheated since the shop owner was quite benevolent feeling since his brother who had been dead for three years just came back to life. What was going on?
