School for gifted students is an understatement. Bright Academy was a school on an isolated island in the middle of the ocean. Felix Oppong was one of the over thirty students in the forty square kilometer sized college, for good reason...

IT'S MY TURN

We were back to square one and had to stay away from them to protect them.

I was devastated.

It was easy to imagine the torture they were taken through with my dad around, feeling her pain and suffering.

I was more worried for the unborn baby and wondered what they would do with it.

But one day, I was teaching a class when I heard a voice in my head, it sounded rough and quiet, like a whisper, it said,"If you want to see the girl and woman again, come to the original home of the woman, at sunset this evening, we'll trade the boy for them, no tricks and don't be late..."

I widened my eyes then thought,' Did you hear that? '

' Yes, I did, so what do we do? This is definitely a trap. ' My dad thought.

' But we have no other choice, they'll kill them if we don't give them what they want. '

' No, I'm not going to lose you too... '

' Dad, I'll be fine. '

' I...I can't let you go, any of you, not again, and especially after what happened to Alex. '

' That's why we'll need the help of Francois. '

I got back to my class and immediately after I was done teaching, Francois met my dad and myself in the Southernmost side of the field.

He then said,"It will be risky, and your son will sustain some deadly injuries, but your wife and girlfriend will be safe."

My dad didn't look happy till I said,"Don't worry, you could just heal me."

He still looked uneasy then Francois said,"If you go on like this, you will have to sacrifice your life and your wife will still die."

"Fine."He obliged.

We had to go all the way to the first place I had lived in my country Ghana, which was called Cape Three Point. It was the Southernmost part of the country.

The mansion was still empty, but we sensed about five people inside.

We hydroteleported in since the door was locked and met three men, and my mom and Anneliese tied up.

My dad's eyes were just on my mom, filled with pain, and mine were just on Anneliese, filled with sorrow.

A bottle appeared by my foot and I knew it was a light dimmer solution.

One of the men said I should drink it but my dad became tense.

I told him I'd be fine then made it float to my grip, unscrewed it, then gulped down a mouthful.

I felt slightly pale when I was done but tried my best to stand on my wobbling legs.

Just then, one of the men harshly pushed my mom then my dad got angry. He almost attacked but when a bullet was shot right in front of her head, he calmed down.

I took two steps forward, and met my mom and Anneliese in the middle.

Just then, I saw one of them point his gun to Anneliese and pushed her out of the way, but the bullet hit me instead.

She screamed for me to get off her and I fell off by myself, too weak to move.

My mom screamed my name then suddenly, geysers erupted beneath each of the men and sent them flying across the room.

My dad and mom ran to me to see if I was okay, but, I wasn't.

I was losing a lot of blood, fast.

My dad had to make the water within me induce a peristaltic movement in my flesh to get the bullet out, but it was an excruciatingly painful process.

I yelled for him to stop but he couldn't, he couldn't heal me with it still in there.

When it was out, he had to wait for me to replenish my lost energy, before healing me and my mom was crying the whole time.

Instantaneously, something zoomed at light speed and hit my dad, sending him rolling on the floor and crashing into a wall, hard.

The moment he fell down the person held his neck, hard and lifted him above the floor.

My mom couldn't believe her eyes, it was the principal.

She threw my dad to her side effortlessly making him break through a wall.

My mom wanted to help him but the principal simply stretched her arm, then my mom couldn't breathe.

My consciousness was fading, but I still saw Anneliese, crouched in a corner and covering her head from fear, my mom, suffocating and the principal, holding my unconscious and badly injured father by the collar.

The Principal's hand was glowing white and she was bringing it closer to his tilted head when she was blasted through eight walls and skidded on the ocean like a skipping stone before landing in it with a huge splash.

Just then, a waterspout carried her above the surface of the waves then threw her down.

Instantly, the water froze and she crashed on it, hard, making spider web cracks, then it lifted her up again then crashed her onto the other side which refroze instantly then she was thrown onto the other side, so hard she broke through the ice and went under the water, then it froze her inside.

I looked at the frozen waters with my electric blue eyes then turned back.

I turned again when there was a massive explosion.

All the shards of ice that flew towards me turned to dust and didn't hurt me but the principal flew out of the water then charged at me.

I shot a huge bolt of lightning at her which she simply absorbed then blasted back.

The strangest part was, she moved and hit the shield of ice VII I had made for myself at the same time as the bolt, increasing the impact, tenfold.

The ice exploded and sent me flying through the walls and Anneliese screamed in fear.

I had no idea where I was getting the energy from since I was already incredibly tired, but I didn't care.

I felt a sharp pain in my side when the third wall stopped me and saw a plank of wood had stabbed me.

The principal chuckled then asked,"Is that all you've got?"

My eyes shot out a blinding glow then I pulled the shard out, ignoring the pain then shot a blast of water which she easily dodged.

It went on to hit the ocean and make a half crown wave on the other side of the blast, fifteen meters tall.

She then said,"It's my turn..."
