IMPOUNDED

I was ramming my fists into a solid concrete wall and sweat was dripping down my face.

I yelled when I hit it harder and a spiderweb crack formed on it then I said,"I just don't get what that kid's problem is!"

Anneliese then said,"I don't know, maybe he's just, misunderstood."

"Misunderstood?! All I ever do is try to understand him but he always spits back in my face!"

I punched the wall so hard, it broke into pieces and the pieces flew several meters away with the remaining wall, cracked so much, its staying together defied the laws of Physics.

There was a gaping hole within the foot thick wall which had a diameter of over a meter, I wasn't impressed, I was angry.

I stiffened when Anneliese touched my back then said,"You're stronger than you look."

I looked at her, was she really doing this?

She smiled then kissed me before saying I should relax, only after that action I could take a deep breath and relax, she really knew how my clock ticked.

I then tensed again and she was also alert, something was wrong...

Alexa was sitting on a bench by a pond with Trevor and was resting on his shoulder while he stroked her long hair.

She then heard a maid call her for tea so they went to the gazebo but Alexa remembered she had left something.

She went to take it when she saw Alex, standing on the water.

She smiled then asked how she could help him.

He chuckled then said,"You already know."

Then his eyes started to glow and he started to walk towards her."

She got scared and wanted to leave but she slipped on ice and fell backwards.

She tried to get up but he was right next to her then grinned and she could see the lust and passion in his glowing blue eyes.

She squealed when she heard Trevor yell,"Leave her alone!"

Alex looked at him then rolled his eyes then shifted his attention back to Alexa but the moment he did, he was punched across the face by Trevor and fell into the pond with a huge splash.

Trevor was fuming as he turned back then softened.

He helped Alexa up but she yelled for him to look out.

Before he could react, a huge jet of water from the pond had blasted him backwards.

He crashed back first into a tree and yelled in pain, but the yell was useless as the water was flowing into his mouth and nostrils, Alex wanted to drown him...

The moment Trevor thought all was lost, the water cleared off then surrounded just his limbs and froze instantly, making the cold grip him suddenly.

Alex licked the blood on his lips, smirked then said,"I'm going to enjoy this..."

He pulled his fist back and threw a punch and Alexa screamed...

Trevor opened his eyes, one after the other, to see me holding Alex's fist.

Alex shot me a deadly glare then said,"Let go of me."

"Then you let go of him."I responded.

He started making ice I h to form on my hand but I made it sublime so it wouldn't hurt, then he spun his arm to send mine behind him then he did a roundhouse.

I ducked and dodged his leg then pulled back as he swept another kick, that time, with a sharp ice axe(it was the frozen version of the liquid knife) but it shattered into snow the moment it touched me.

He threw a punch and a sharp stalagmite of ice grew from the ground towards me and I tilted to the side to dodge it.

He kept doing this and missing till I caught his arm and sent it down so he came close to me, then I said,"I don't want to hurt you, Alex."

He yelled then an explosion of water erupted from him then went in all directions.

It almost hurt Alexa but a wall of ice appeared right in front of her when I appeared beside her.

Alex charged towards Trevor then I blasted him with a strong wind which swept him into the air.

He fell and was cushioned by a whirlwind I made but was still angry.

I then went to Trevor, freed him, then said,"I'm sorry for all of this."

He massaged his knuckles, smiled then said,"All of what? I haven't realized anything bad."

That made Alex even angrier but a dart hit him in the neck before he could attack again, then he fell down.

I walked to Alex then picked him up and sighed, he didn't keep his end of the deal, in the least.

I was really grateful to Anneliese for darting him with that tranquilizer then placed Alex on his bed.

I was sitting on the couch, reading a book a few hours later when I sensed Trevor enter the room.

I closed the book, smiled at him then asked how I could be of assistance.

He fidgeted with his fingers and his heart was racing as he said,"I want you to help me take care of Alexa. As you see, without a light, I'm no match for Alex, who always dictates orders regarding her, please train me like you train him, if not more."

"Are you sure of what you're asking for? The training is intense."I said, worried.

He nodded then I said,"You don't have to do this, I'll take care of her and you myself and keep Alex out of trouble."

"But how well has that gone so far? You can't always be around so let's both keep her safe, please."

I told him I'd think about it and could tell he was happy, but I knew it wasn't because he was going to learn awesome martial arts, but rather because he was going to be able to protect the most precious girl to him from her own brother, and other dangers.

Alex woke up, but couldn't sense anything other than what his eyes could see and his ears could hear, his light was dimmed.

He looked around then saw me sitting on a chair, reading a book.

I closed it then looked at him, with an expression on my face, devoid of emotion, he asked,"Why did you neutralize my light?"

"Why did you attack your sister with your light? This is a new form of punishment I'm giving you, called impoundment. You wouldn't be allowed outside the borders of this room or access to any screens, you will be fed and tutored in here and your light will be deactivated for the rest of the month..."

"What?!"He yelled,"You can't do that to me! I have rights!"

"But also responsibilities, and you have shirked those for long enough, goodbye."

I stood up and started walking to the door.

He screamed and threw a tantrum, throwing everything out of order and every heavy object at the door, not forgetting to curse and insult, me, my whole family, and Trevor especially...
