Alexa kissed him on the cheek then said,"Good night Connor."

He smiled at her then left.

Alexa just turned back to see Trevor standing right behind her.

She frowned then asked,"What do you want?"

"I want you to stop."

"Stop what?"

"This! For trying to get back at me you started dating a new guy a day after we broke up!"

She rolled her eyes then said,"I'm not trying to make you jealous, I'm just, living a life, something I know you can't do, and I can't stop just because of your insecure jealousy!"

She then pushed past him then started walking away.

He gripped her hand tightly then said,"Alexa, you know this isn't going to end well..."

"Let me go."

"I won't until you stop this foolish game."

She smirked then said,"I'm just getting started."

Then she pulled her arm and kneed him in the chest right before throwing him to the floor.

He winced in pain then she blew a kiss to him then walked away.

I didn't know what was going on but Alexa didn't stop there, week after week, she kissed a new guy on the lips in our compound and she knew it was getting to Trevor as he started flunking his training and losing championship after championship, coming home each time with scars and wounds I needed to heal, Alexa on the other hand, got better in everything, in her ballet competitions, teaching scores, contortionist programmes and even started getting into martial arts competitions and winning like it was nothing, she knew all of this was getting to Trevor and I didn't understand why she was now so delighted in her childhood crush's pain.

Frankie and Lilith on the other hand were doing great.

I could tell she was falling for him, hard, and so was he.

They hadn't confessed their feelings for each other yet but I knew they soon would.

Then the day came when Lilith walked up to him after he had trained with Apollo, and Apollo could help but eavesdrop.

Lilith sat by him then said shyly,"Hi."

He smiled back at her but immediately looked away then said,"Hi."

"I...I just wanted to say you are a really nice guy with a nice...great character and I...let me just get to the point, Frankie, I have a crush on you."

He finally looked at her, with a shocked expression, mingled with fear.

Lilith called him but he said,"No Lilith, I'm sorry but, we can't. We're friends and nothing more, I don't want t ruin what we have together so please, find someone else."

Lilith looked at him and fought back her tears as he asked if she was okay.

She responded in the affirmative then tried to leave though he called out to her.

She didn't want to turn back as the tears had already started rolling down her cheeks then he said,"I hope nothing will change between us."

"Don't worry..."She said,"Nothing will."

She then ran away.

Frankie felt terrible for what he said but it was the truth.

Apollo appeared and Frankie was a little scared of what he might've done to him but Apollo placed his hand on his shoulder then said,"I don't like what you did to my sister, but I love the fact that you told her the truth, she would be fine."

He then disappeared.

Frankie just felt a sudden pain in his heart as he thought about what she must've been going through at that moment, then he started to shed tears.

His eyes started to glow as he held his chest, then he yelled and a powerful explosion erupted from him and totally obliterated the bench he was sitting on.

Powerful shockwaves were ripping the concrete tiles off the floor and sending the shards piercing through the cracking walls several meters away like bullets.

Lilith appeared and saw what was happening as he was yelling, then a powerful shockwave pushed her into the air but Apollo caught her in time as the windows exploded open.

As the layer of dark energy around him got thicker, the temperature around also started to raise rapidly and started melting and ionizing everything around it.

They could sense and see the frost rapidly appearing on his skin and even though he was rapidly getting a severe frostbite, he wasn't stopping.

I sensed that strange earthquake, atomic bomb, hurricane, lightning storm like activity all around the city and tracked it to the mansion and saw Frankie at the centre of it all then looked at my kids who were vainly calling his name for him to stop.

I went to ask them what was going on but they were silent, Lilith eventually spoke,"Dad, we've been training Frankie to control dark energy."

"What?! But why? It's dangerous, it's called dark for a reason."

Apollo then said,"Technically, it's called dark because we can't detect it with our current technology."

I frowned at him with my eyes half closed then he chuckled nervously.

I sighed then Lilith said,"I'm sorry dad, I was the one who started teaching him, and I made him like this."

Before I could speak, Apollo cut in,"No dad, it is my fault. I didn't stop them but rather encouraged them and I said I was mad at him for rejecting Lilith, please don't be mad at her."

I smiled then hugged the both of them and said,"I'm not mad at any of you, but you have to tell me when you want to do things you don't totally understand okay?"

They nodded.

I ruffled Apollo's hair and kissed Lilith on the cheek then turned back to face Frankie, who had half the city in rubble.

I then said,"Stop."

Immediately, all of the commotion stopped and the pressure wave from the vacuum instantaneously collapsed back at where he was standing and made a loud booming sound which I reduced.

Even with the reduction, it sounded like an atomic bomb.

I also hydroteleported him out of the way before it crushed him to death then started pushing the water in the frost on his skin back as ice blood and since the temperature around him had dropped so fast, his cells were only flash frozen so he wasn't very harmed.

I warmed him up then his eyes fluttered open and he looked terrified to see me.

I then said,"Frankie, I don't know why you wanted to learn to control something as dangerous as dark energy but you have to stop."

A tear fell down his cheek as he said,"I just want to help my dad, but you probably wouldn't understand."

"I do, and like I said, I don't hate your father, in fact, I'll do anything in my power to get him back."

"Really?"He asked, a glimmer of hope in his eyes.

"Really."I answered.

He hugged me then thanked me and stood up to apologize to my kids for what had happened, but they bore no hard feelings.

Frankie then said,"Lilith, I'm sorry for what I said and I was blind not to see how amazing you are, I have a crush on you too."

She smiled and cupped his cheek then said,"Frankie, you don't have to lie to make me feel better, you were right, we're just friends, nothing more, and I'll like to keep it that way."

He smiled back and they hugged.

I stood up then sensed all the damage around the city was being repaired and all the injured people were being healed as Lilith's eyes glowed.

I then walked to Frankie then placed my hand on his shoulder and said,"In order to save your dad, you will need to learn how to control your lights better, and I'm willing to teach you, even dark energy."

He turned back and asked eagerly,"Really?!"

I nodded.

He then smiled and said,"Thank you Mr Felix, but I already have the two best teachers I could ever ask for, your two wonderful children."

I smiled then said,"I understand, but if there's anything you need help with, just give me a call."

"Yes sir."

"Oh, and just call me Felix."

I then walked away.

He smiled and Lilith and Apollo were confused then Apollo asked,"Why didn't you accept? He can teach you a lot more than we can and far better."

He looked at her then said,"Because not only are you two great teachers, but you're also great friends."

Then he hugged both of them.
