I was surprisingly able to Hydroteleport him directly back to the Academy without making stops and had healers heal him since he was severely injured.

The principal wasn't happy but still spoke in her usual, warm voice. She said,"Why did you go against my orders? I told you to get information, not involved."

"I had to, isn't it weird that they are illegally activating people's brightness but he was sent to someone whose own was already activated? They mustn't be using money just to activate lights, they must be getting something from it, a profit..."

"That's enough!"She yelled,"Haven't you realized what you have done?! Now the company will know that we're on to them."She said.

The real reason she stopped me from talking is that I was connecting the dots too fast, I may have found out about Bright Academy's dark secret.

She was also really angry because I let them know we were on to them. That company was her biggest competition since they were not only getting more people with activated lights than herself, but actually we're unlocking their lights.

She wasn't doing that herself as she wanted to look good for the cameras, but if she was able to invade this company and ' free ' its people, she will be knocking two birds with one stone.

But the worst part was, she didn't even know who the mastermind of the experiments was, the CEO of the company knew too little about lights to know how they were activated, so who was it?

I had never seen her angry before, and yet I had known her for ten years, but I had to press on...

"He already knew we were on to him, he said it."I said.

"It doesn't matter..."She began,"I'm sorry to say this, but you are banned from this mission."

I widened my eyes and asked,"W- what?"

"You have no more access to the information concerning this mission and you can't have anything to do with it."

I was heartbroken and walked away.

She sighed sadly then left. When she knew she was too far for my water vision to sense her, she grinned widely, she knew exactly what I was going to do...

I went to the infirmary and dismissed the healers.

Bakugo laughed like a crazy person then said,"So I guess you can't hurt me now."

I smirked and said,"Just because I'm not working for Bright Academy doesn't mean I can't work for myself."

He widened his eyes then started calling for help but I smirked even more and snapped my fingers, no sound escaped his lips.

He looked scared as I explained,"I realized I could control sound with water vapour by squeezing and expanding them in groups, so I can also make them rigid and absorb every sound wave that comes through them, no one will hear your screams..."

He screamed silently at the top of his lungs, but it was useless.

I didn't like torturing him, but that was the only way I could get information.

I restored his voice then asked,"Why did you want that girl?"

He looked into my eyes then said,"To have her in my bed."

I rolled my eyes, knowing that he just wanted to get on my nerves, then said,"There are other ways to make you talk, you know?"

After several hours of his silent screams, he mouthed that he would talk then I sat backwards on a chair and said,"Okay, speak."

He was wet with sweat and his limbs felt numb, his whole body was aching badly and he couldn't take it any longer.

He said,"She was an anti human."

"What?"I asked.

"An anti human."He said.

"Again, anti what?!"I whispered loudly.

"They are humans, just not. They are made of anti matter, not much is known about them, we just know they all have lights, just like us, it's just their lights are the exact opposite of ours and are called shadows."

I looked at him, confused.

' She's made of anti matter? Like positrons, neutrinos, anti protons and the like? ' I wondered.

I sat by him on the bed and he shifted sacredly, then I said,"Don't worry, I won't try to feed you your own foot again...for now, but, tell me more about anti humans."

"That's all I know, I heard that the boss is an expert in lights and shadows."

"And who is ' the boss ' ?I asked.

"I don't know, no one has ever seen him before. I don't even know if it's a him or not."

I didn't know whether he was telling the truth or not, but had to give him the benefit of the doubt so I stood up and left.

During my first class the next day, I raised my hand for a question and the teacher called me then I said,"I just wanted to ask, who is an anti human?"

She widened her eyes and stuttered,"Th- that topic is too advanced for your level."

I sat down, really confused as to why she was so secretive about them.

I decided to ask the principal herself since she told me everything and we had no secrets.

I walked into her office and she greeted me with a warm smile as usual, but there was a hint of guilt hiding in that smile.

She knew she had to make it seem she was guilty for firing me so I'd ask the question she saw in my mind...

I asked,"Principal Portia, I've heard someone talking about a weird phrase, anti humans, but what does it mean?"

She widened her eyes then sighed and said,"Like I told you when you were first admitted, your more critical information will be revealed to you once you're on level 5."

I was really bummed out and left.

When I left her office, I pressed my mark to see if I had moved up even a tenth of a level, and to my surprise, I was on level 7.09...
