Goodnight, my Avie

She rushed to get up on her knees, Narcester sat up, caressing his head, it hit the floor of the bathroom from the floor.

"S-Sorry! I'll get a pain reliever patch!" Avyanna frantically panicked, she attempted to stand up but he pulled her closer to her, there was little to no space between them now.

Her eyes met his, it had a deep, cold glare but it was beautiful. She can see the clear reflection of herself in his eyes, she can see now that in his eyes, reflected is her beauty. The beauty she denied for so long, the beauty she thought was unbelievable.

He softly chuckled, he kissed her nose with a light peck and stood up as if nothing happened.

Avyanna was frozen, she was surprised and flustered once more. It was just a simple tease but why does it make her heartbeat so fast?

"Your bath is ready. I guess I should too, I'm soaked," he said casually. Avyanna was still on the floor, unmoved, frozen still, processing what just happened to her.

He scoffed a giggle and squatted in front of her, his elbows resting on his knees, his eyes perambulating on her, "You like that, little Avie?"

His face was very close to hers, she frantically moved away and stood up. "Y-Yeah, I'll take my bath now, thank you." she stood up, she blinked twice, and scoffed pretentiously.

He smiled and left the bathroom, Avyanna rushed to close the door and sighed heavily. Narcester cast a giggle into the air followed by a mischievous smirk.

Avyanna sunk herself into the bathtub, sighing heavily. What was that even all about? She slapped her face and shook his head, anticipating forgetting the occurrences that had happened after such a long day.

Avyanna washed and covered herself in a robe, she opened the door, and to her surprise, a broad back faced her. She took a step back as she was startled.

He turned to face her, he was shirtless, nonetheless, he's in her room.

He was not very bulky nor was he skinny, it was not average also but it was fuming hot. She looked down at his back, it was a sight for attraction. He turned around and looked at her, his divine body shape made her flush, it was just incredible.

His physical appearance was impeccable itself, his stature was perfect too. How this person became such a lovely masterpiece was unknown. There were one, two, three, four, five, and six—.She was dazed for a while after seeing his fascinating body, his voice rang through afterward making her wake from her daze.

"Oh, you're done," he said, Avyanna covered her eyes, flushing.

"What are you even doing?" he asked, his voice feeling like it was filled with innocence.

"What do you think I'm doing, huh?? Wear a shirt, jeez!"

He looked at himself and averted his eyes back at her, "I don't see anything wrong with being shirtless. Is it illegal? Will I get fined?"

His innocent, teasing eyes laid upon her, and his chuckle echoed across her room. "I ban it!" she exclaimed.

He softly giggled, he looked at her with his eyes glistened, a soft voice came out of his mouth as he spewed the words that made Avyanna more flustered. "I'm glad that you can talk to me like I'm no different than your friends."

She looked at him, his austere smile was what she would call perfection.

"I hope you would talk to me more like that, it's better than keeping your formalities with me." he smiled.

He plopped himself down on her bed and patted the space beside him. Avyanna was confused, he wants me to sit beside him?

"Come on, I'll be putting you some ointment, remember?" he grinned.

She limped towards the bed and sat down. She tried to not look at him, she was distracted by how he is half-naked. "You should try putting some shirts on."

He lifted her foot, he spilled some ointment on his hand and massaged her foot with it. "Don't you like it? It's a rare milestone to see Narcester Thaddeus off his shirt and sleeves."

He was teasing but his austere wording made Avyanna misunderstand him. "What are you even saying??"

He chuckled, her reaction was priceless, "But you have to get used to it, you'll be seeing me shirtless frequently."  he smiled.

She rolled her eyes and looked away, "You wish."

His laughter filled the room, he looked at her and continued applying ointment on her feet. "I'm just kidding."

His lips formed a smile on his face, she turned his face to look at him. He patted her head and lifted her foot down. "Aesthetic," he mumbled.

"What?"

"Nothing." his pretentious innocence was hardly visible. He stood up and looked down at her, sitting.

"I guess my role here is done." he crouched, his face in front of hers, he held onto his knees for support and smiled at her. He softly gave a light peck on her nose and whispered with a mischievous grin, "Good night, my Avie."

'My...Avie?'

She felt that as if he was now someone's possession, one at that, his.

He stood up once again and was to walk out. Avyanna was dazed, he heard his heavy footsteps land on the tile of her floor, and she looked at him. She exclaimed injunctions that halted him.

"Wine!"

He looked at her with confusion, "Hmm?"

"Let's...go for a wine..." she stammered.

He scoffed and giggled softly, "Is this an invitation?" he turned to face her, his eyes filled with delight.

She hid her face behind her hair as she turned her head sideways, "Well, I rejected your offer last night so..."

He smiled wider, his eyes glowed with delight, "Then, what are we waiting for?"

In the garden, out in the open, Avyanna holds a glass of wine in her hands, staring at the moon. She felt guilty after not accompanying Narcester in sighting the moon yesternight. She should've gone for it was such a beautiful masterpiece.

Narcester walked in and stopped, standing beside her. His eyes glistened skyward, looking up, viewing the satellite as it shone, forming a halo around it.

"The moon is beautiful, isn't it?" she smiled.

He averted his eyes away from the lunar to look at her, her wide smile was perfect to his sight, oh, how he wondered he would've seen it the first time they met and crossed paths.

"It always is." he softly spoke, staring at her with eyes that marbled adoration.

Avyanna felt the eyes that loomed on her, somehow she doesn't feel like she was stalked or feel uncomfortable. She felt affectionate eyes looking at her, into her broken soul.

She blinked twice, sparks went flying when their eyes found each other in their gazes. Like butterflies aflutter out of freedom, somehow more like boiling water was set inside her stomach.

The bomb was ticking as she felt like it was ready to start an explosion aflame, heat rose on her face as it felt very visible.

"R-Really?" she shrugged and placed her hands on her nape, gauchely smiling.

He just gave a smile and looked at her with the glistened glamour of his eyes. Her awkward smile gave off the gauche aura between them.

"I should go to bed, thank you for accompanying me." She scratched her head and headed to the kitchen. She placed the glass down and went to her room.

The silence caught up to him, his gaze followed her till she stepped up the staircase. He sipped on his wine and placed it down on the kitchen table as he went back to his house.

He picked his phone out of his pocket, his austere expression formed a scowl as he looked at his phone. It was late at night when Avyanna's room opened, she was fast asleep and a silhouette of a tall man was by the door. It was Narcester.

He sat at her bedside and looked at her, he caressed her face, looking at her aesthetic, sleeping face. He cast a silent giggle and smiled.

"If only you'd look at the mirror every day, maybe you'll come to realize that you are prettier than the moon," he whispered.

He stood up and closed the door, peeking over to her room, checking if either she was disturbed or not. He closed the door shut and took his phone from his pocket. He dialed a call, his austere face gave a dark aura.

"Myrto, I want you to do something."
