Sighing! Dhruv created a metal chair and sat beside her bed. Closing his eyes, he tried to relax, knowing he needed to be in his best state for what lay ahead.
But the opposite happened. The more he tried to calm himself, the more vivid the images of Aurora's burned body became in his mind. This torment continued for several minutes as he struggled to escape the relentless grip of guilt.
'Ahhhh! This won't do…' Dhruv thought, eventually realizing that just thinking about it wouldn't change anything. He needed to do something and to do that, he had to continue learning more about the problem.
He had to understand Authority.
As his mind thinks of a clear goal, Dhruv eventually calms down. Looking at Aurora from the corner of his vision, he readied himself for what was to come.
