Upon arriving at the tournaments entrance, he feels the aura of the competitors, all amazingly capable, he signed up, past the entrance exam requirements, and saw all of the competitors, there were hundreds of them. He could feel murderous intent coming from them all, they all were going for First. After waiting for a few hours they finally announce all competitors have been entered, and that in a few more moments they will draw the bracket. After making the bracket, Yato had 5 fights in the first day, and he just happened to be in the first block and the first round, so he went to the stage, and waited. His opponents name is Luke, he is an underground bodyguard, with a recorded striking power of over 5 million pounds. They both take their stances ready to fight, as soon as the fight started, Yato was shocked, this guy was as fast as him, Yato was getting pressured, this guys hits didn't really hurt him but still they were landing. Everyone watching and even Luke thought he would win, but all of a sudden, Luke was dead, no one knew what happened, all they saw was Luke hit the ground, with his neck completely twisted as if he was punched really really hard. The ref naturally had to claim Yato to be the winner, everyone was still amazed and shocked, but choked it up as a fluke and that was all. Other fights continue and Yato's second fight begins.
