Backstory

This story starts off with a young boy named Yato. When Yato was born he was called the son of the Devil, ruiner of life, and was even called a burden. His parents left him, alone, in the middle of nowhere, to die. They let a mere newborn starve to death, or so they assumed. An older guy in his 50's found this child, and he took him in as his own. He taught him how to enjoy life to the fullest, he taught him how to fight, he was the father he never had. However on Yato's 13th birthday, this man died. It's been 2 years since, this is where the story begins.

Side note: most of this story is spoken in third person/narrator
