CHAPTER 57

As they were running to the doors of USJ, suddenly the black mist from earlier stood between the doors and the class.

"I won't let you go that easily, 1-A."

Keeping silent, Gohru continued to fire his metal bearings as Denji covered his body by stepping in front of him to cover Gohru from Kurogiri's eyes.

"Nice to meet you. We are the League of Villains."

'Very simple name, "League of Villains". Sounds a little bland on the tongue.'

He briefly thought to himself, mentally noting to joke about it to Denji before firing another bearing at a Villain with weird arms that was sneaking up on Aizawa-sensei.

"It may be presumptuous of us, but we have invited ourselves into the home of the heroes, UA High, in order to have All Might, the Symbol of Peace, take his last breath."

Looking around the place, Kurogiri hummed deeply as Gohru just looked at Denji who shrugged slowly. He didn't dare to do anything less it would affect how Kurogiri responded.

He did not want that misty bastard to suddenly transport the students somewhere other than the canon's events.

"Hmm... I believed All Might should have been here, has there been changes that were made?"

He plunders the thought for a second before the mist starts to expand around them.

"Well, that will not change the plans. This is the part I am to play — "

He finishes as Thirteen quickly uncapped the finger covers of their gloves, but before she could activate her Quirk, Bakugo and Kirishima were already at Kurogiri's face.

"DIE!"

BOOOOOOMMMMM!!!

An explosion erupted and smoke filled the area as they stood at the place where Kurogiri was.

"Did you consider that you'd get beaten by us before you did it?"

Kirishima taunted with a nervous hint in his voice as Denji quickly ran to them with the current confusion around the area.

"Oh dear, that was quite close."

Kirishima and Bakugo gasped silently as Kurogiri emerged unharmed at all.

"That's right, even if you are students, you are certainly excellent golden eggs."

Now in range, Denji grabbed the two of them and activated his Quirk backwards, pulling them away from the teleportation Villain.

Gravitation Manipulation: 3D Maneuver (Gravity: X -2).

"Fast reactions, I'm impressed."

But he was too slow as the purple mist raged towards them and blocked their vision because of the darkness of the mists surrounding them.

"But you're too slow, it's time to scatter you all and torture you to death!"

The feeling was very very weird, like you're swimming through a heavy liquid that felt slimy and smooth at the same time. Gohru just stood still as he opened his eyes to see that he was in a different place entirely, Kurogiri had teleported him somewhere.

Looking around him, he breathed a sigh of relief when he realized that he was in the fire zone in USJ instead of being 1,000 meters underwater or something.

When he was about to try and get out of the zone, suddenly he felt something coming his way. Leaning back quickly, he barely dodged something as the floor near him exploded into chunks.

'An invisible bullet?'

Sensing that three more were coming, he manually kick-started Eye of the Mind as the world slows down and turns into white and black, leaving behind himself in full color inside a translucent spherical 10-meter zone with him as the center.

Feeling something entering the spherical zone, his mind starts to scan the areas of potential snipers using bullet trajectory and pinpoints 3 locations.

'Three different snipers?'

Target locked. He tried checking if there were more enemies using his personal skill, Presence Sense, but it didn't work since the burning flames of the zone were overpowering the sounds of breathing and footsteps.

Ducking and using his metal red bracers to push the remaining bullets out of the way, he fished out three metal bearings before tossing them with his full power instead of flicking them.

THUD! THUD! THUD!

Targets down.

Suddenly, a warp appeared as enemies started to fill into the zone. It seemed that they really want him to be busy with these goons.

Cracking his neck, he crouched slightly before using Soru to instantly appear before the group of Villains.

Rokushiki: Soru.

Counting every one of the Villains currently present, he slams his knee into the face of the Villain in front of him.

Renewal Taekwondo: Soksa.

'1 down, 14 more to go.'

He was going to end this fast to watch the show with front seats.

"Whew..."

Denji breathed out as the last remaining Villain nearby drops to the ground. Hearing the pants behind him, he glanced at the boys who were warped with him.

"Is that all of them? They're fucking weak."

Bakugo said, catching his breath as Kirishima deactivates his Quirk, unhardened his skin and returning his arms and chest to their normal shapes.

"All right. Let's hurry up and go save the others!"

Kirishima said as Denji stopped them.

"Wait!"

The two stopped in confusion as Denji looked around the room.

"There's something... Someone left!"

He quickly ran towards Bakugo before swinging upwards, his metal bracers sounding from the impact of an invisible Villain with knives striking his bracers.

Denji was about to follow it up with a punch when suddenly Bakugo glared at the Villain before blasting him to kingdom come.

BO-BO-BO-BO-BOOOOM!!!

Multiple chain explosions erupted from his hands and blasted the Villain out of the wall and onto the streets.

Glaring at Denji, Bakugo cursed at him.

"Bakugo! Are you OK?"

Kirishima asked with concern as Bakugo raised his arm with mini explosions erupting on his palm, signifying his anger.

"Tsk! I fucking had him!"

"I know, I know. Let's just go back and regroup with the class. The others without offensive power are in danger."

"Good idea! Let's go! We have to protect them as men!"

"Go ahead, I'm going to kill that warp gate!"

"Bakugo, you're acting childish at a time like this?"

Kirishima had a face of disappointment, to which Bakugo glares at him.

"Shut up! Besides, targeting that warp gate means cutting off their getaway route! It's not like we don't have a way to kill that thing, its metal coat is its weakness!"

He yelled back as Denji calmed him down with annoyance.

"Bakugo, I hear you, but we should help the class first, THEN go after the warp gate. I have a thing or two to do with it too. "

Denji said with a grim grin. Looking at Denji, Bakugo stays silent for a second before clicking his tongue with his hands curled up tightly.

"Fine, but after we help them, I'm going after that son-of-a- bitch!"

"Deal, I'm coming along too for that revenge."

"... Bakugo, were you actually that calm and rational? I honestly thought you were the "DIE! DIE! DIE!" type of person..."

"HA? I'm always calm and rational, you spiky-haired fuck!"

"Well, he kinda built that image already though, right?"

Denji teases as it was his turn to get death glared at.

"Shut the fuck up, you sleepy-ass-bastard!"

"Haha! Alright, I'll follow the both of you then! The more, the merrier, right?" (Kirishima)

"FUCK OFF!"

Done with the fight, Gohru walks around the bodies of 23 unconscious Villains before finally sees the exit.

'My god, the amount of people who are stupid enough to fight me...'

Really, he had just wiped out a wave of Villains, yet the remaining ones don't run, but fight him? Talk about idiots.

'But, I did get some info off them at the very least.'

From the information gained by the tortur — Ahem, questioning, he had gathered that it was similar to canon.

They had a Nomu which was biologically engineered to kill All Might, and Shigaraki was the current "ringmaster".

But the weird part was the unknown person that stood near the Nomu and Shigaraki.

'No one knew about the figure, other than the fact that Shigaraki called it "Shiro".'

Whatever this Shiro was, it scared the Villains that he interrogated, especially one who said that the figure's nickname in the underworld was the "White Death".

He heard about it from Dabi and Buba who were in the underworld business for quite some time, but never really got more information about him/her from them.

Looking at a distance, he could see Iida run out of USJ. Huh, it seemed that he was quite rusty since it would have taken him less time in the past.

More training now, he guessed as he walked forward just in time to see Aizawa-sensei look back to see the Nomu stand menacingly behind him.
