Chapter 2

<p>Two years had passed since Kichiro's birth.<br/>Kichiro was growing fast. In fact, he grew too quickly, he had already started reading and speaking. When Kichiro turned three, he could already talk in full sentences and knew all the letters of the alphabet.<br/>"Mother, when will I manifest my quirk?" Kichiro asked.<br/>"Most children manifest when they become four. So probably in a year." Kichiro's mother answered his question gently and Kichiro responded with a smile.<br/>"I can't wait!"<br/>"Neither can I~" Responded his mother with a sweet smile.<br/>***<br/>One year later Kichiro and his parents were at a hospital.<br/>"We will just run some tests." An old doctor said to reassure Kichiro and he nodded with a smile on his face.<br/>'I hope I get a good one!' Thought Kichiro.<br/>The tests took about an hour and the doctor left for a dozen minutes. When the old doctor returned he looked speechless.<br/>"Your son has... four quirks..." The doctor said in disbelief while looking down at the test results that showed up on the computer screen.<br/>A few seconds after this sentence came out of the doctor's mouth, the room went silent as everyone stared at Kichiro who didn't say anything either. Everyone was in disbelief.<br/>"The first quirk is called Charm, Females will be very attracted to the user and weak-minded ones might fall in love at first sight. The second one is called Pocket Realm, he can create portals to another dimension that Kichiro can manipulate freely. The third one is called Lifeform Creation... Kichiro can create lifeforms. The last one is called Soul Manipulation, it lets him manipulate souls." When the doctor finished speaking Kichiro's parents sat there speechlessly.<br/>Their blank expressions slowly turned into wild grins. They couldn't believe their ears. They had never heard of people manifesting more than one quirk and his quirks sounded so powerful too.<br/>They both hugged their child tightly before telling him "We're so happy for you!" And then the two adults smiled happily together.<br/>After hearing what happened, other doctors also gathered around and congratulated Kichiro. One doctor told the boy that she would make sure to help him whenever he needed her. Another doctor gave Kichiro a book about Quirks that he should read from time to time because if he did, it'll improve his abilities. A nurse handed him a small notebook where he could write notes. He thanked them all for being so nice. Then they walked home feeling happy and excited for the future ahead.<br/>Once back at the house, Kichiro ran to play with his toys but he soon got bored. After thinking about how cool his powers are, he decided to try using them by creating a portal. As expected, nothing happened. But he tried again. Again, still nothing. At this point, Kichiro began getting frustrated and angry. It felt like something was holding him back or preventing him from doing whatever it is that he wanted to do. Eventually, he calmed himself down and thought about why this might happen. Wasn't he supposed to manifest his quirk? Why wasn't it working?<br/>Maybe he didn't understand the power of his quirk properly yet. Or maybe he just hadn't found out its true potential. Whatever the reason may be, he figured that he would need to practice for a long time. That night, Kichiro slept soundly knowing that things will work themselves out eventually.<br/>In the morning, Kichiro woke up early to start practicing. With determination in his heart, he focused on summoning a portal. Nothing happened. Overcome with frustration, Kichiro slammed his hand against the ground and yelled angrily 'Why won't it work?!'.<br/>Suddenly, a large black hole appeared right in front of Kichiro. Kichiro instinctively jumped away and screamed. Before he even realized what was happening, he fell inside the portal. Everything suddenly changed. Time seemed to slow down and colors intensified. Sounds were louder and sharper. All of these sensations combined created intense pressure within him.<br/>And then everything turned dark.<br/>"Did it finally work?!" Kichiro exclaimed with excitement. "It's supposed to be a pocket realm, how do I use it?" Kichiro wondered aloud. His eyes scanned over the area he was in. There weren't any walls nor floor. Just emptiness.<br/>"Can I play god?" Kichiro said while chuckling.<br/>"Let there be light!" Kichiro shouted and the darkness instantly disappeared. "Let there be... grass!" Grass appeared. "Let there be water!" The ground split apart and water filled the new hole. "Can I do whatever I want in here?" Kichiro asked himself.<br/>He closed his eyes and concentrated hard until a huge ball of fire formed in front of him. Kichiro held his hands forward and let the fireball go. It exploded violently in a flash of bright red flames.<br/>"No one can beat me in here!" Kichiro proclaimed loudly.<br/>His voice echoed through the small little world.<br/>"What now? What else can I do?" Kichiro said to no one in particular.<br/>For the next several hours, Kichiro experimented with different aspects of his quirk. He learned many things about it. For example, he discovered that he could change the size of the space he created, he could control the amount of gravity inside his pocket realms, and he could teleport himself anywhere in the realm.<br/>All in all, he spent most of the day playing around in his pocket universe. By evening, Kichiro felt tired and hungry. So he decided to return.<br/>He opened a portal back home. Once he arrived, Kichiro ate dinner and went straight to bed afterward.<br/>The following week, Kichiro continued training. Every single day he practiced creating portals and manipulating the realm. Each time he managed to discover something new about his quirk.<br/>Eventually, Kichiro mastered the basics of Pocket Realm and became quite proficient with it. Nowadays, he often played around in his own pocket worlds during recess.<br/>Time flew by and soon enough Kichiro was turning five.<br/>On that special day, Kichiro's family threw a party for him. Everyone present at the event was invited to attend and celebrate Kichiro's birthday. Many guests attended the celebration including his classmates and teachers.<br/>Kichiro loved parties and having fun with others so he always enjoyed celebrating his birthdays.<br/>As usual, Kichiro was wearing a fancy shirt and pants set along with shiny shoes. He wore a matching tie too. This outfit made him look older than he actually was, which only added to his charm.<br/>When the party started, Kichiro greeted everyone with a big grin on his face.
