Meanwhile in the Shrek City

Wulin and the other Shrek Seven Devil's were training with all their might. Most of them got to know about the past of Fan Lin from the Atlas Douluo Yun Ming and the Tang Sect intel department.

Fan Lin was the same age as Tang Wulin and was a possessor of the martial soul Blue Silver Grass except his was a variant of unknown kind.

It was not unknown as they have the information about Fan Lin's Blue Silver Grass having energy related properties as it was both observed by them and stated as 'Blue Silver Energy Grass' by Fan Lin.

So they have an general idea that it was his Blue Silver Energy Grass that caused the mutation in his spirit rings, with his second ring being the epitome of the variation and mutation as it became something entirely else.

His second spirit ring, the light green one. It was the mystery of the whole world. Even after nearly ten years after the discovery of his second spirit ring, no information pertaining to it was found. There were no records of it even in the past hundred thousand years as the plant spirit soul of Wulin and the others told them.

The only thing that they can tell was that it was somehow related to the Crystal bear. That was before the Joust for the host tournament.

In the tournament, most of the people who were Titled Douluos realised that Fan Lin gave a special vibe. It wasn't there before but it now was.

All the Titled Douluos could sense it. The feeling of a soul beast. Fan Lin gave the same energy signature as a Soul beasts reincarnation or a high affinity highbreed.

Titled Douluos have extraordinary senses and they can know about the soul beasts instinctively. It was as if this ability was implanted in them, in all humans.

The problem was that none of them could believe it. Especially the Shrek Academy and Spirit Pagoda.

They have done at least hundreds of tests to check if Fan Lin really was a soul beast or not. And the results were always negative. So much that they have lost hope and just stopped caring about it and branded him as a soul beast incarnation with a way to hide his incarnation.

Now suddenly they found out that they can sense him as a Soul beast incarnation and with just a single look at that. This was revolutionary for them.

Simply because of the two factors. First, Fan Lin had ties with all the three major forces, namely the Tang Sect, Shrek Academy and Spirit Pagoda. For nearly a decade as well. And the irony was that they didn't found out if he was a soul beast or not for the whole time, except for the speculation of Qiangu Dongfeng.

This factor alone would not matter but combined with the second factor, it did. A lot at that.

Second factor, Fan Lin had learned from all the three major forces. He also became stronger due to the cultivation resources and connections from the three major forces; simply, the three major forces of the Douluo world trained the worst terrorist of the Douluo World with their own resources and teachings.

Both of them combined was diminishing the foundations of the three major forces and the Federation was using this chance to spread more insane rumours.

This was causing the trust of the public to divert from the three major forces to the Federation.

The Tang Sect had been lying low for the past few thousand years. For the public, they were just surviving with their glorious past. And it's not like Tang Sect could just post posters of their deeds to prove their strength.

The Shrek Academy had become cut off from the world as it didn't intervened in anything federation related. So the public didn't know of the sacrifices of the Inner court disciples that died every year to save them from the evil spirits masters. Adding the destruction of the Shrek Academy, to them Shrek was just another Academy now. A pitiful one at that but still just one of the academies.

It wasn't the infallible Shrek as it had some sort of trend of falling every ten thousand years.

Lastly the Spirit Pagoda. The people admire it, respect it and even treat them like God, yet the masses were not that happy with the Spirit Pagoda for most of them thought that the Spirit Pagoda was the main reason that Fan Lin became like that. They were talking about his strength.

Yun Ming had already made a real certificate that was shown to the media that Fan Lin was expelled by the Shrek Academy the year before the destruction of Shrek due to his behaviour.

And the Federation added fuel to the fire and made it seem like Qiangu Dongfeng wanted to train Fan Lin as his successor but due to his grandson showing talent, Qiangu Dongfeng tried to take out Fan Lin. This caused the relationship between them to be destroyed and Fan Lin to seek revenge on them.

The Federation was able to bribe the secretary of Qiangu Dongfeng and got the information and some extra footages and files on it. Since Qiangu Dongfeng had his cultivation destroyed, Qiangu Deiting was dead and Qiangu Zhangting was just left as a puppet of the Qiangu family and Spirit Pagoda. They were not able to retaliate that much. Adding to the fact that the footages and the other data were real, was causing a lot of problems for them.

The Federation did this to divert the attention of the masses towards their failure to kill or even capture Fan Lin even when they nearly sent 80 percent of their military forces to kill him . The results, their machineries got destroyed. Now they don't even had the strength to defend against Spirit Dou Empire, the one that didn't even have a Level 98.

Hence, the Federation blamed everything on the Spirit Pagoda. So did the Shrek Academy.

Now onto the Shrek Academy.

Wulin and the others got to know about some more specific details like Fan Lin liked to drink orange juice and he likes sweets. He is a Vegetarian and he is a weird madman.

Miscellaneous things, his second spirit ring was called crystallokinesis, his third spirit ring was Energy manipulation as Fan Lin called it. They still were doubtful about the actual abilities of the ring as it definitely had more.

His fourth ring ability teleportation. Fifth ring- unknown.

Sixth ring- unknown.

Seventh ring- unknown.

Eighth ring- unknown.

Ninth ring- unknown.

Fan Lin never killed a spirit beast till now.

He was from the same place as Wulin. From the same place that Wulin awakened his martial soul. The same primary school. The same elementary school yet change it in the middle of the school year. The same advanced school. The same sect and even the same house.

"Huh, what does it mean by that?"

Wulin and the others asked Yun Ming as they were confused.

"He has been living in your previous house for nearly 15 years. Have you never gone there to see your house?" Yum Ming's commented.

"What?" This was Wulin.

"How dare he do that?" Wulin shouted with gritted teeth.

"He brought it after your parents sold it so technically it is his house now." Yali explained from the sidelines. She was worried that Wulin might try to take revenge.

"Oh. Then that's fine." Wulin answered calmly. He knew of his strength and he was not ready to fight Fan Lin. Heck, he could not even defeat Gu Yuena which was nearly killed by Fan Lin's not-so-serious attack.
