Of War and New Blood
The mood was somber in the hall where all the royals were gathered. They had all gone through talking points with their own advisors and were now looking at each other in a time of crisis. A time of dark futures, were decisions pertaining tens of thousands of lives was at stake. In the worst scenario everyone, had an end in sight.
"Daughters, while this is an official meeting I plead that you all speak from your heart. There is no one her but us, to decide upon this." Mother said her face even sterner than usual. All three sisters shared a look in between each other, it was a heavy gaze they all looked at each other.
"I… I fear that war would lead us to mutually assured destruction." Lina said barely holding her voice together. Her usual animatedness was gone and she was stately, even though she spoke from her heart. "We both have weapons capable of leveling each others tower. The chance either of us is going to use it is slim, but not nonexistent."
