It took Jin a full minute to read through all the information on the transparent screens. However, once again, Victor interrupted his thoughts, as the tension of the situation wouldn't allow a full minute of silence. 

"I don't get it, why don't you join us? Do you think you are a rogue vampire, believing you can survive on your own, fighting the other faction?" 

Victor inquired, squinting at the silent Jin, seemingly indifferent to the noticeable shift in Jin's aura. His attention then shifted to the woman beside Jin, who had been glaring at him all the while. 

"Cut that bullshit. I know well how your lineage works. Do you think I will work for that b*tch?" Li Mei retorted with a cold tone and a darkened expression. 

From the way she talked and how she expressed her genuine anger, it gave a glimpse as if she had a past feud with the Vampire Queen, catching Victor off guard.
