Ogreish Clash

Hazel's previous conversation with Max had awakened some dead emotions in her, likewise some memories and also the main purpose for why she was facing big challenges in her life.

She told Max something like they have similar stories that share similar goals, and that she was touched by his past. Wasn't that, too odd sounding?

Anyway speaking, what she found very common between herself and Max was their great will and the determination to keep what they both loved safe. In her case, not just a single person but the people of Royalty Pack, and many more which she loved.

Unfortunately just like Max, she had failed in doing that. But who knows, but she knew, maybe it was never too late to change things, however, maybe Max was the only motivation she needed to justify what she was about to do.

Currently sitting alone under a tree called Snow Apples somewhere quiet around the Royal Castle's compound was the only princess of her father, all by herself. In her soft palms was a thick pages book that had "STEM OF THE KING" written on its cover. The sharp air blew her helix hair gently as she fearfully flipped the thick cover open.

Suddenly, the sunless but nevertheless bright, cloudy sky had something as black as midnight shadows covering it entirely. The air blew no more and the floor had the same darkness spreading in every direction.

Royal Castle, gone;

Everything, gone;

Everyone, gone;

Silence, forged;

Darkness, formed;

Strangely, it was happening all inside Hazel's mind because of the "STEM OF THE KING".

Courageously looking up like a warrior, Hazel saw two red eyes looking down on her like an ant. Their sizes were bigger than the eyes of a mighty dragon from fictional works. At the middle of those eyes were two black dots, and circling continuously from the dots and outwards were thin black lines.

A voice belonging to the red eyes owner loudly spoke: "Why are you summoning me?" With every uttered word glowed the eyes' intensity.

Hazel's fear of darkness came crushing on her. She was now standing before the real red eyes that instigated the phobia of darkness in her starting from her childhood.

Mustering the courage to speak, The Crowned Princess Luna retorted to the owner of the red eyes with pounding heart: "To tell you to stop using Scorch on Diana meaninglessly. I will free you very soon, doing so should remain implying the left overs in between us ending forever."

The owner of the red eyes chuckled some grumbles.

"I prefer you act." Replied the voice, "Or I keep acting."

Max had killed someone to drink his blood two days and more than half a day ago. Presently for a rapid moment, by attempting to have control over his wildness, his Vampire System serially displayed:

[Vampire Status]

[Health: -75/100]

[Blood Lust: 83/100]

[Blood Time Out: 00h: 00m: 00s remaining]

[Blood Lust: Untamed]

[Evolutionary Stage: (Wild) Diurnal Vampire (Slave)]

Somehow naturally, Max had gotten used to living in his cage with terrifying yet fellow cursed abominations from all dark sides. Some of the times while being in the wild state, he could mentain his sanity for some minutes even without blood but then to shortly loose it.

Right now, as the wildness in his eyes returned to where they were been, obviously, somewhere around the same place, a dark figure in the Regular Werewolf form easily digged out of the floor. It came out of the hole and stood between two rows of Wild Vampires cages, before shaking off the little dusts on its black fur.

It never liked dusts.

Wild Vampires looking at the black Werewolf growled, others wildly roared alarmingly, some ran towards it but fell on the floor due to the chains around their limbs and the blood draining pipes connected to their backs.

A certain patrolling Royal Force came passing the other way across where the Regular formed Werewolf stood. Noticing the shephard size silhouette by his right, and hearing how the Vampires made too much noise, he shaprly turned his head:

The silhouette was gone:

Attached to the metal roof, it clinged its four limbs around a considerably big blood pipe that conducted away the drained blood of the Wild Vampires.

But there was something there, the Royal Force noticed. "Strange, I never noticed this hole before." he murmured when he stood over the hole with inspection eyes. At the same time, the black inodorous Werewolf clinging to the blood pipe shifted into the Mighty form, the most dangerous form, and let go the blood pipe in order to fall down.

Hwooop!

A murderous vertical kick landing on the Royal Force's neck instantly knocked him down to unconsciousness. His body left there, the beast in its Mighty form shifted to the Hunch form and put the unconscious body into the hole it came out from. Reshifting back to the Regular form, it stealthily moved in between the cages.

The Regular form generally had the best size for stealth and for accessing difficult-to-reach areas, hence some Wild Vampires hardly noticed its fast movements. In a minute time, it was silently standing like a devil's shadow outside Max's cage.

Max while keeping up with the scary silence glared his red eyes at the Regular Werewolf shifting into the Mighty form. His wild sense of smelling noticed that strangely, the Werewolf emitted no scent despite how super sensitive his nose was.

Swiping down a single strike, the Mighty Werewolf smacked the padlock of the cage with its hard paw, and slowly swung open the door.

On one hand, Max rose tall to his feet, his eyes screaming prevailing inhumanity, remarking every detailed moves of each black hair belonging to the interloper that was on the other hand.

And they froze in absolute muteness;

And Max dashed towards the guest;

And the guest dashed towards Max;

The distance between the duo closed, and closed and closed in before they simultaneously, oh yeah, delivered fantastic strong blows. As soon as their hard knuckles came into contact, sounds of bones cracking were produced: bones belonging to the Wild Vampire were shattered.

While Max was making a painful cry, the Mighty beast tightly held him by his hair and headbutted him.

Then headbutted him!

And heavily headbutted him!

And angrily headbutted him!

And lastly headbutted him again!

Even though the mission is a failure, I might keep the first hundred chapters for free for the initials.
