A Light in the Darkness

By some unknown force or pure instinct the white witch reached out to touch the orb covered in chains.

Touching a chain, it began to shake, shiver and moved along the chain; moving toward the unseen orb.

As if it had come alive each chain rattled with an ominous pressure.

Upon the lock a faint light pierced through the shadows as if it had exploded with the force of the Sun.

Wrapped in some dark force that drew her closer towards the speck of light. She reached out to touch it.

Then catching her eye it in the darkest corner of the room she spotted a pillar. A pillar made of some distorted crystallized void light that seemed freeze the air and light it's self.
