Purpose, New Girlfriend

Lydia tilted her head and looked at the breakfast that was already on the table. She pursed her lips and smiled,"Lucas, why didn't you wait for me?"

"I've already waited for the person who has to wait." Lucas' voice was as cold as ice.

Lydia's smile froze for a moment, followed by a faint smile."I thought we agreed to have breakfast," she said.

She thought he was waiting for her until she got her courage up. They had waited for each other for so many years. I didn't expect this.

Lucas stood up and looked at Lydia, who was clearly hurt but still managed to maintain a decent smile, with even more anger. He took a step forward and approached Lydia, his deep voice filled with coldness.

"Is this not the person you personally delivered? I forgot to thank you, it's delicious." Lucas grabbed Grace's hand.

Grace's wrist hurt from his grip, but she dared not speak. She could feel the unusual atmosphere between them, as well as Lucas' anger, like a blazing fire that she had to forcefully suppress.

"Pulling black?" Lydia couldn't manage a smile anymore, her eyes were full of sadness."Why?"

Lucas spoke slowly, pausing for each word, afraid that Lydia might not hear him clearly."Because my new girlfriend doesn't like me dating other women," he said.

Lydia couldn't control herself anymore, her delicate body swayed slightly and she almost fell. Fortunately, Huck was kind enough to help her quickly.
